Just like everything Samsung makes, this is the cheapest thing that you can buy. At from the day we got it home there were problems, but we've already paid too much and Samsung refused to honour their warranty. The oven only comes on about half the time and there's no explanation for this. It seems to be a sensor, but having replaced it already, twice, I can't imagine it failing again within a few years. The oven has a bunch of crevices that are also very hard to clean if you spill anything, the oven is essentially ruined. Very poor quality and I will never buy Samsung again. All of the appliances we bought had to be replaced within 5 years, despite being the same price, if only a tiny bit cheaper then they're american-made counterparts ... show more
