The media could not be loaded. If you like the sporty sound this product is for you. If you like quiet not so much. I like the sound you can hear it at take off and for a few seconds after, not on highway. I felt the Increase in take off horsepower instantly very big plus!     • Fitmet not the best
Directions clearly state you need 51” of the weather stripping for heat sealing around the intake. They sent 47”. That’s….not enough. Directions are terrible. Pictures are small black and white with terrible contrast . Can’t tell what’s what. Spend the extra 25 cents for color directions. They show a mounting bracket mounted in one spot in one picture, then clearly in another spot in a following picture. Just watch the video on YouTube. The air meter connection is now piano-string tight from the top of the engine to the meter. I have a concern that will be a long term negative. Surely they can reposition the meter half a cm to keep it from being so tight. No idea about the accuracy of the supplied dyno sheets, but the butt-o-meter says there’s certainly some more. ... show more

Easy install. Only downside is the MAF cable will be very tight with this kit. I did splice mine and have to extend the cable to properly fit since it was sliding off and causing error codes on my car but if you do any research this is common and not a hard thing to fix. I do get a little whistle when getting on the throttle hard but its not unbearable and I am happy with the performance. ... show more

Item does not fit the Cabriolet as listed. I spoke to K&N customer service and they said that they don't make a kit for the B7 Audi Cabriolet. Other than that information, they refused to help me at all. Unfortunately, I had the unit assembled and the trim cut before I realized it wouldn't fit, so I can't return it. I will need to make my own heat shield and use the supplied filter and silicone tube. ... show more

Fantastic intake for the price compared to others on the market, has good build quality and good fitment, but the turbo makes an obnoxious sound that sounds like birds being sucked in unfortunately. Only way to do away with that is to either upgrade the turbo or do more mods.

This air filter was a very easy modification to my 2009 Audi A4 Quattro. It installed very nicely and now my turbo sounds awesome. It is very easy to maintain and has improved my throttle response a little. Also boosted my gas mileage by a little bit.
