The media could not be loaded. Been waiting on this for two months and it finally arrived about 2hrs ago. It only took about an hour or less to install. Everything fits into OE spots, adapters for all the hoses and Mass air flow sensor (make sure you face it the correct way). Came with brackets for the plastic engine cover since they originally bolted to the old air box. Along with the turbo blow off valve and straight pipe turn down exhaust it sounds great and power and torque gain is noticeable. I’m sure I would get better gas mileage but I have a heavy foot and it just sounds really nice when I get on it. Was worth it and and at a discounted early order price as well, compared to EBay. I’ve had K&N in every car I’ve owned the last 25yrs, it is worth it. ... show more

While I think the product works great, note that installation is not as easy as it sounds,.especially the removal of the original air box. Although properly installed, I am receiving an emissions failure code, I have an OB2 and reset it however got it agian after about 5 miles.

I've had CAIs on the last three vehicles I've owned. Increases in power and mileage were slight but definately noticeable. This one was the least effective by a long shot. Highway mileage suffered a sizable decrease, felt little increase in power, no turbo-lag improvement at all, and the sound was like my truck was wheezing and breathing through a straw. No installation instructions, cheap quality, missing parts and sounds really bad. only nice part of the kit is the off the shelf filter. would not recommend! UPDATE I now have a check engine light for “air induction system”

03/09/2026 **UPDATE** I purchased a new version of this cold air intake and installed about two weeks ago. I've since noticed improved power gains and absolutely love the unique sound. Updated my original review to 4 stars (would have been five if not for receiving the used one from Amazon with missing parts). I made the mistake of buying this used and several screws and washers were missing. Also, noticed the intake valve was not drilled out by K&N. This seems to be a known quality issue that needs to be addressed by K&N before shipping - this is the reason so many people are complaining about the error messages! Just received and already processed my return. I'll probably be better off ordering directly from K&N to avoid this hassle. ... show more
