This pillow is really nicely made. Some odor but not bad. I was excited to get it, try it, because my old latex pillow is worn out. It does have a wonderful soft yet supportive feel. Sadly it's just too high for me to sleep on my side or back, so I will be sending it back. I'm small with painful neck issues and headaches and although it felt so comfortable the height increased my headache and stiff neck. I have to say this pillow is worth trying and I don't regret ordering it esp with the free return. UPDATE: Changed to 5 stars. I decided to keep this pillow. It had a very slight smell but a few hrs on the porch, it was gone. This is the most comfortable pillow I've ever used so far bar none. It's a bit high for sleeping on my back but at least I know this pillow is good and I can use it and enjoy sleeping on it. Soft, but supportive. You can look at a lot of pillows, esp the shredded latex as I have done and wanted, but the reviews are very confusing. For me, this one I did my own review when I bought it and tried it. It's a comfy pillow and I haven't seen any negatives. Update again: Neither of us can use this pillow w/o getting a stiff neck. It feels so comfortable but it's impossible for either of us to use when back sleeping. It feels so durable I guess it will become an extra pillow for back support on the recliner. Maybe if used awhile in that way it will loose some of it's loft.

So far great! I remove the zippered covering because it makes the pillow feel softer. I’ve done this with all my latex pillows. This is much cheaper than buying a pillow that’s got purple in the name. These higher profile pillows are a must for me so I was glad to see a 7”. Not sure what the long term quality will be but for now perfect!

I ordered a pillow from kdream and it was very springy and firm latex that I liked but low loft and only 5 inches so not quite thick enough for sleeping on my side. So this pillow at 6 inches looked perfect but it isn't medium firm and my head sunk in so far that it had less support than 5 inch. Also, other pillow I got was advertised as queen and was 28 inches long. This one says queen but is only 24 inches; cover was 26 inches so couple of inches of material bunched up at the end. If you're looking for ultra soft latex, this might be for you but I couldn't get support I needed on my side. I ordered the brooklyn bedding high loft latex in hopes that it is firmer than this one so we'll see. I think I would need this pillow to be 8 or 10 inch thick to have enough support with how soft it was. Hard to find perfect pillow and maybe this is it for some people but I don't feel like I got what was advertised and must look elsewhere. Cover was very nice apart from being larger than the pillow

I rarely write reviews, but this experience warrants one. We’ve purchased three pillows from this company over the last five years, and unfortunately, every single one has had the same issue: the pillow cover breaks within months. Whether it’s the zipper falling apart or the fabric starting to fray, the quality simply hasn’t held up for the price — and clearly, it’s not a one-off defect. Most recently, we reached out to customer support hoping for a reasonable solution considering our newest pillow purchased 2 weeks ago the zipper has already broke after 1 wash, but the experience was frustrating. It took multiple follow-ups just to get a response, and when we finally did, there was no flexibility or effort to stand behind their product. They stuck to their rigid policies and made no attempt to make things right. It’s really disappointing to see a company show so little regard for long-term customers. We’ve given them multiple chances, but after this latest experience, we’re done. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I had a very old latex pillow that I hated to part with because there is nothing more comfortable in my opinion than natural latex. I have looked everywhere for a very long time and found nothing. Then I finally saw a latex pillow at a local dept. store and almost did cartwheels. Well to my dismay, I got it home, and it was way too flat. Nothing like what I had. So broken hearted, I returned it to the store. So I thought maybe I could find something online. I narrowed it down to the juvea high loft pillow. Success! I needed high loft! At first it still seemed a little lower than what I was used to, but it turned out to be the perfect pillow anyway. I cannot live without a natural latex pillow. It is the most comfortable you will ever be.

First let me say that I have been sleeping on foam latex pillows since I was about 7 years old. Since each lasts 10 to 15 years it is hard to find a new one when the last starts to disintegrate. I am a predominantly side and stomach sleeper. This pillow has a nice amount of give to it but is ever so slightly high for my neck when laying on my side. The cover was horrid and lumpy under my silk pillow case. I changed that out and decided to try it until close to the return window. What I found is that my old pillow had begin to break down so much that it took me about a week before this one did not feel awkward. My neck is canted up slightly on my side, but I found this did not lead to neck pain. Overall. The foam latex is good quality, did not have a noticable smell, and once the acclimation period was over I kept it. Expect to have to replace the lumpy cover it comes with.
