I purchased the Jura S8 Super Automatic Touchscreen on March 11, 2022 from Amazon. We have loved the coffee taste and function of the machine. One year into this liking the grinder completely stopped working. We called customer service and left a message. We did get a call back and were instructed on trouble shooting techniques. This occurred 3 times with no results. This is where customer service has fallen apart. We have communicated to them about 9 times since without any results. So basically we have a $2000.00 dollar machine from a small company that drops you if there is a real problem. I buy things from small business because I think that is truly important. However, this business can not back up their product or claim of customer service. I would not recommend this product. ... show more
