I purchased this commercial machine in 2019 for my staff of 5. Now I have an issue where it is not working and the insurance plan sold with this machine does not cover commercial usage - so why sell it? Amazon sent me to the Manufacturer for manufacturers' warranty but they sent me back to Amazon and now Amazon is sending me back to the Manufacturer! ... show more
