The first thing I noticed was the box. It says "Punching Bag For Adule". I'm not sure who Adule is, and I hope they don't mind that we have their punching bag. We put 50 pounds of sand in the bottom. It still moves fairly easily. I purchased this for my 9 year old. He weighs all of 60lbs and the bag moves even with him hitting it. I really don't think this would hold up to an adult using it. I'm hoping it at least lasts for the summer. We used an air compressor to fill it. I had to stand on a chair. It is taller than I expected. I didn't measure it, and I don't remember how tall it's suppose to be, but it is over 6ft tall.

I’m positive this product was a returned item. The bag was defective and had a major air leak. The worst part was it had sand in the punching bag and all over the outside of it too. I would give it a negative star if I could. Shame on the seller.

I loved this punching bag at first. I only use it 10 minutes a day 4 days per week. After using it for about a month, it started to deflate. My husband and I tried to find the hole but could not. When purchasing this product, the company gives you patches and now I know why. Fortunately, I have a mini air compressor that I use to blow it up before my workout. The bag deflates within 1 hour after blowing it up. As long as you don't mind blowing it up before every use, you should be fine. I am a 60 year old woman so I have no idea how long this bag would last with a big man punching it.

You can fill the base with water or sand. Depending on whether you're wanting to be able to move it or take it down. Here's the pros and cons SAND: if you plan to keep the punching bag in one place and not moving or storing. Sand is the best option. It's more sturdy. Plus if by some chance a rupture happens you won't have a mess. WATER" Filling with water allows you to empty and store the bag if you have issues with space and can't leave the bag up all the time. If a rupture happens you'll have water everywhere vs if you do the sand you won't. But with sand if you want to take the bag down and store it you have to figure out where to store the sand. Water can just be dumped. This is a nice sturdy well made bag and my whole family has made use of it.

The media could not be loaded. Top Tip: inflate the main punching bag part first. The valve is at the top tip of shaft part. Once that is fully inflated you can then fill the base much easier than if you did it the opposite way. I used sand instead of water. That way if there is a tear it's easier to vacuum up sand instead of water. And you can use air to fill in the rest of the base once you have your sand in ( You will want to use a funnel for this.) You don't have to fill the whole thing with sand or water. They did a great job of having a large opening for your sand/water and then a separate air valve that goes into the same chamber for the base. The vinyl used is much thicker than what you see on pool inflatables so this should last a while. It also comes with patches we haven't needed to use yet. My kid loves punching and kicking the heck out of this thing. I've been hitting it as well. It's a lot of fun!
