Updated review: excellent customer service!
Size: 1-Click Fire
My initial review was: I loved the smell and it’s easy to light but it does not last. I went through the entire box in two days. Won’t be purchasing again. Since then, the Seller reached out to me about my issues with my purchase and they were very diligent in their effort to find a resolution. They sent me a new box of wood that is performing really well. The new wood came just in time, as we are experiencing colder than average temps in NYC at the moment. My home is cozy thanks to firewood and smell wonderful. Will repurchase.

Wouldn't burn/needed to dry out
Size: Oak Firewood
I just got a new wood stove and wanted to start with a few small fires. They just won't stay lit. I have the flue wide open. I am open to suggestions. I already tried different arrangements. EDIT: They have excellent customer service. They refunded my money and offered to send me a free box. Turns out the wood was wet. I stacked it over a heater vent for two weeks and it lit up. The only problem was that I needed it two weeks ago.

Not Worth the Price
Size: Juniper Firewood
I am very disappointed. Logs are very small and definitely did not weigh 18 lbs, although advertised as such. Small pieces that are more like kindling. Burn time was incredibly short and I could very easily go through one box in one evening. It's a shame because I will always support small businesses where I can, but in this case, it's just not cost efficient to order from them again, with better value for money and quality of wood to be found elsewhere.

Don't waste your money

Terrible burn! This is my 2nd try. I won't ever but this crap again! I live in AZ, so the air isn't humid... this wood is just terrible. I get better wood from the gas station!
