The Only thing I didn't like about this was the cord that attaches to the top was hard to find because the cover of it looks like the cool design of it. I also refuse to read directions, later I did. The awesome thing about this jumper starter you don't have to worry about sparks flying when the positive and negative touch each other. If you have a smaller engine then you can buy a cheaper one, but this one would be great. I own my 6 cylinder engine, others jumpers wouldn't have enough amps to start a 6 or 8 cylinder engines. So if you have an engine that is 6 or more you need this jumper starter. This jump starter is easy to charge, Thank God for that. It really works great, I have had no problem starting my car in below zero temperatures.

This is an excellent item and a must if you have an EV. I keep it tucked away in the trunk and have had to use it twice. It worked flawlessly. It holds a charge for a long time.

What I didn't like was that the package was open before probably a return? So I charged it now waiting to use it. Should be provided with operating instructions then again the outside of the box pictures were ok.

The first unit I received was defective. When I plugged the cables into the unit, the red light came on with an alarm. I was just plugging in the cables to make sure it worked and wasn’t actually using it to jump start a battery. The manual states that the red light and alarm come on for 1 of 4 reasons, (1) the unit is not fully charged (2) there is a short circuit (3) the unit is too hot (4) the polarity is reversed. The jump starter is very simple so it’s pretty much impossible to use it incorrectly. I checked everything but still couldn’t get the product to work. There was probably an internal short or something broke during shipping. Update: The seller reached out to me and offered to send me a new one. I received the new one and it is working properly. I used it to help my neighbor jump his car and it worked like a charm. I connected the cables to the dead battery and he was able to start the car right away. It used about 4% of the jump starter battery. I don’t really like to jump people’s car with my car but I will if there is no other option. Giving someone a jump can damage the electronics in your car or the car being jumped, even when jumping properly. This is especially true for newer cars that have tons of sensors and electronics. I have never had any issues but I would rather use this jump starter to give someone a jump, plus it’s a lot easier. This product eliminates those worries and the usual headaches of jumping a car such as the cables not being long enough and having to push the dead car out so the cables can reach, etc. Anyways, I’m pretty happy with it and it works well. It does come in a nice case and can be thrown in the trunk without taking up room. Since it has lithium batteries, I do question if it’s ok to leave it in your car especially in the summer when the car is 120 degrees. Heat is not great for lithium batteries but if the jump starter is not in your car when you need it, it kind of defeats the purpose so I guess I’ll throw it in the trunk and hope for the best. I would suggest to check on it and charge it every now and then because the batteries will drain over time even without use, and you don’t want to be in a situation when you need a jump but the jump starter is dead. Overall I think these are good to have in case of an emergency and I would recommend this product.
