  • Well worth the weight
Size: 3400 Amp 12/24V Pattern Name: Jump Starter
This thing is awesome, I've had it for two weeks so far and it has started equipment that has had the batteries totally drained and frozen batteries.

  • Strong Jump Box.
Size: 2000 Amp 12V Pattern Name: Jump Starter
Great jump box for the money. I used it to turn over cars all day on one charge. It’s pretty heavy, but to be expected with as heavy duty it is.

  • it actually lasts!!
Size: 3400 Amp 12/24V Pattern Name: Jump Starter
I have had many smaller lithium jumper packs. Including ones rated for diesels. They all died after less than 1 winter. I have had smaller lead acid ones like this. They worked for mowers and 4 wheelers, not pickups. This one I use to start everything with it. Not big enough to use alone on a semi with 3 dead 1000 CCA batteries and below zero F temps. It sure helps. It keeps working after trying. This situation is a lithium jumper pack killer. The built in charger did die in it. I charge it with a battery charger. Hook the big jumper clamps to battery charger jumper clamps and charge it. It works. ... show more

  • After receiving a defective unit, all has been quickly resolved. Working Great
Size: 2000 Amp 12V Pattern Name: Jump Starter
I purchased a JNC 660 a while back and so far so good for powering 12 V DC items through it's DC port. Thankfully I have not had to use it for jumpstarting any vehicle so the jury is still out as far as performance as a jumpstarter. I decided to purchase the much larger / higher battery capacity JNC 950. My JNC 660 arrived fully charged. This 950 arrived with the Battery Status Gauge showing a full charge of 13.5 V. I plugged a small portable CB radio with a CLA adapter into the DC socket on the side of this unit and to my surprise there was NO power at all. I tried a second small device in the DC socket and again NO power. I decided to charge the unit a full 24 hours as per the instructions through the AC wall plug.Once again NO power at the DC socket. Either the DC socket is defective or the Battery Status Gauge is defective or finally the battery may be defective. I have not tested the battery in this unit. Clore Manufacturing is closed on weekends so I have to wait until Monday morning to hear from them. Due to Amazon's Hazardous Material "NON" Return Policy they will not take the item back, which is ridiculous in itself because it is OK for Amazon to ship hazardous material to paying customers but it is not OK for customers to ship hazardous items back to Amazon for a refund ??? At the moment I am stuck with a $300.00 paper weight, not to mention the fact that it is going to cost me a small fortune to ship this garbage back to Clore. UPDATE: The people at Clore were very supportive and understanding about the issue with this unit. I sent it back and within one week I had a NEW unit with a working DC socket. The old unit had been shipped without a Negative(-)lead connected to the DC socket. ... show more

  • Starts Everything !
Size: 3400 Amp 12/24V Pattern Name: Jump Starter
Can't believe I have gone this long without this. I would venture to say this will start everything in your fleet even with a completely dead battery or batteries as in my case on a 24v excavator. It's a little heavy but what a time saver. Figure you'll have a guy get a charger with a booster, extension cord maybe a generator and then stand there and watch it charge up or with this just hook up the cables and it's running in no time at all. ... show more

  • Heavy Duty Jump Starter!
Size: 3400 Amp 12/24V Pattern Name: Jump Starter
This is an excellent heavy duty jump box. I have not come across a single car that it won't effortlessly start. I work at a junk yard and use it to jump cars with dead batteries and even no batteries all the time. Starts anything from a little Honda all the way to big diesel truck. We also use it to jump a CAT 950G Front end Loader that is 24V. It jumps that without hesitation as well. I can also leave it plugged in overnight and use it to jump cars all day long. It will easily start completely dead cars without hesitation all day on a single charge. The other big reason we got this is because it actually has a smart charger on it. You can leave it plugged in and it maintains the battery. I've had one of these for over 5 years and have jump started hundreds of vehicles and it worked just as good being 5 years old as it did day 1. It finally gave out after one of my friends hooked it up to his car backwards and left it on with the car running for about an hour. I probably could of just replaced the batteries but I ended up just buying a new unit since the old one help up so well. I keep the old one around as a backup as it still works as a last resort. My only complaint is the weight of the unit, but for what we use it for, we need something that last all day and can start many cars and some of our heavy equipment. ... show more
