Once we finally got it together all functions work well. The instructions are unclear in my opinion, back first, back last??? I read a review that said back first, so that's what I did,but then the sides wouldn't/couldn't go on. We plugged it in, straightened it out as flat as possible and finally got the sides on by removing a screw to move tracks to align. All that being said, put the sides on first ...at least the fight is only with 2 back tracks much more visible. I think the massage is pretty good, it even goes down into the footrest. The chair is light weight, don't think it would be heavy enough for a large male in the long run. The picture is deceiving, appears rosy brown, chair dark brown. Faux leather has a nice soft feel but will need super caution not to damage. It serves the purpose of getting my mom up and out. Longevity???

I was very skeptical of this chair when I bought it for my mother. She is elderly and needs help mostly getting out of the chair, so the lift portion was the most important part. After shopping around for other lift chairs we found that they were closer to $1000 and that just really wasn’t in the price range. And they were all 70s god awful designs and patterns, Searching on Amazon I found this chair. Like I said I was skeptical at first because of (1) The price and (2) ordering online you don’t know what you’re getting. But I bought it anyway and just hoped for the best. The chair comes in two big boxes. One weighs about 35 pounds the other about 85 pounds. Mine came on two consecutive days. It was very easy to put together. All the electrical wires are marked and plug and play. The instructions included were OK but could’ve been a little more specific. One thing I will say, if you get this chair, do not put the arms on until after the back is on otherwise you won’t be able to get them on; but they all just slide in the place and then you plug it all and then it’s good to go. This lift & recliner is comfortable, the seating surfaces are smooth like butter. And it’s just a good looking chair. And I swear I have never heard a more silent motor. My mother really loves it. And it has already seemed to help out problem she has been having with her back and hips, that I figured was coming from the old worn out recliner that she had. I would definitely buy this chair again… But mostly for myself. :-)

No use trying to follow the instructions (you know you are in trouble when the instructions are entitled "Assemblely" Instruction). You must install the two arms prior to installing the back (the back sits on top of the rear ends of the arms). The wiring diagram is totally useless. Luckily, the plugs can only fit together one way, so you cannot wire it incorrectly. With this being said, it appears to be a very nice chair. Everything works, it has a nice clean look to it, and it is very comfortable.

The media could not be loaded. My husband was in a really bad car wreck and I ordered a powered recliner because this is the only way I’m able to get him up. I researched this item before purchasing. I needed something good and sturdy . I could have bought any chair. There was so man options on Amazon but I chose your company and I hope that you could honor your product . I understand that it has been passed the 30 days but I did not open the box and take the recliner out until my husband came home . He recently came home from many hospital stays and rehab, he can not walk and this chair lifts him up enough to transfer to his wheel chair . When my husband lays back to recline the back right side of his chair goes back even more and he slides to the right like he’s going to fall out . This morning 11-5-2022 his chair fell all the way back and I had to lift him back up, I think from the right side falling back more and putting all his weight to the right. I don’t want anyone to think I’m being rude because we all live our own life and what happens to us is not your problem but I want what’s best for my husband and the safety for him . i didn’t need the instructions to put it together. it took less than 20 minutes to unbox and put together. comes in 2 boxes. unbox from the bottom just like it says on the outside of the box. slide on the arms, the only go on one way. keep track of the power cables, plug in the power cable for one arm. slide the back on the chair. finish plugging in the cables and power, they only go in one way. slide the chair into place, plug the power cables - 2 of them - into a power outlet. recycle the boxes and get rid of the trash. my wife was skeptical when i bought the chair. figured we were going to have to spend 3-4x more for something comfortable. now its her favorite chair. she’s plugged her ipad into the charging port. she has everything she needs.
