I received my mini chainsaw and went right to work with it! It is easy to use and guide. So easy that I over worked it and the motor died. I called the company and they replaced the handle with the motor for free and promptly! I will be sure not to get so excited next time!

Much better than I expected! I wanted something small but powerful and have to say this is the perfect saw for small branches. We cut down large trees and I am able to clear all the branches to be able to chop the trunk. I have tested on up to 4inch around branches and was impressed. The media could not be loaded. Use bar and chain oil. Keep checking chain tension as with all chain saws new chains stretch and become loose. The only problem is the safety button is right hand only making it difficult to use left handed . The photo shows the limbs cut into kindling and didn't even drain the first battery. ... show more
