The chairs look just like the pictures and we are extremely happy with them! It’ll likely take two people to get the initial assembly steps but after that it’s pretty self explanatory. Arrived ok in boxes. Assembly is screws that are barely long enough to go into their respective holes. The pair of chairs cost over 300 dollars, so I was expecting better quality. Longer screws with bolts for the other end to secure them would be a better way to make the chairs stable enough to use. Return of product also not easy, since the buyer is initially responsible for the cost of mailing back (and having the shipper pick up of the boxes). Amazon DOES refund the shipping cost but you have to email them the shipping receipts. I would not buy from this vender again. ... show more
