We’re very happy with these chairs and side table. They glide and swivel very smoothly. They also feel very comfortable and the seat cushions are firm. I like that they are roomy and the seats are deep, great for tall people. The only negative is that you really need to leave all of the screws very loose in order to match with the holes, then you can tighten them at the end. We LOVE our chairs!! What a great addition they make to our patio. They swivel 360 degrees and glide. They are definitely a bit challenging to put together but with a little time, energy and many laughs, my husband and I managed not to kill each other and instead build some great chairs!! Also need to make a special mention of their outstanding Customer Service. I texted the number in the instruction manual since we ended up with a stripped screw, they sent us an entire new set of hardware!! This took two people at least 2 hours to finish assembling. Hardware had to be secured in areas that were very hard to reach. Directions were very lacking. Now that they are assembled they work perfectly and seems sturdy.

This Patio set exceeded our expectations. I loved it from the pics online but fell in love more once it was completed. Set up took about 2.5 hours, not too bad for a not-so-handy Single Mom. All the tools were provided and instructions were descriptive enough once you follow along carefully. They have in BOLD LETTERS on each page not to tighten bolts and for good reason. The Final screws were challenging if the initial screws are too tight. Easy fix by loosening some of the bolts to align Everything correctly at the end. I bought this for my wife who has cancer, her back hurts all the time, the back cushion on this chair is terrible, it is too thin and actually the back is not tall enough, that is why I hate to buy some things on line, as soon as we got it together three different people sat on it and all had the same conclusion, back cushion terrible.
