I did a lot of shopping online and in various home improvement stores before buying this patio furniture set. After more than four (4) months of use, we continue to be very happy with our purchase. The items arrived quickly and boxes were well marked. Instructions were easy enough to follow, and the package even included the tools needed to assemble the set! Assembly took over an hour, but I was mostly working alone. The whole set looked great when assembled, and continues to do so, although we have used it quite a bit. The joints are solid and the cushions thick and firm, providing good support. We ordered the navy blue cushions, which is great for hiding dark stains (spilled coffee), but not so much the lighter stains (we have some birds that like to sit on the back of the sofa while looking at themselves in the window glass!) Other than sweeping or vacuuming the cushions, we’ve not felt a need for more. The furniture sits in a covered porch, and gets only indirect exposure to the sun and rain, so I can’t speak to how it holds up to direct exposure. As I said, I shopped around quite a bit before settling on this set, and I’m very pleased with the quality, attractiveness, comfort, ease of assembly, and of course, the price.

I was very reluctant to purchase this set due to the low price. I thought for sure it would be cheaply made and low quality…I was so wrong! The set arrived in several boxes (which they make you very aware it would happen) within a week of ordering. It was package very well. The cushions were not only vacuum packed but wrapped again in a second layer of plastic. All the parts were there. Extra bolts provided. The Allen wrench was a fantastic wrenching tool with a rubber handle so easy on the hand. The tools, bolts and instructions were in a bag secured to the box with a red ribbon! Nice touch. The instructions were easy to read and follow. I took my time over two days (about 3 hours each day) putting it together myself. All the holes lined up perfectly and were lubricated as well!! The end product was better than expected! The furniture seems very sturdy. The cushions are well made and very comfortable. The cushions in the pic were just taken out of the plastic so haven’t fluffed up yet. I have it indoors for now as the weather isn’t ok to set it out yet…also waiting until we re stain the deck. I don’t write reviews but I felt compelled to with this product and company because when I spent days and days searching…I really relied on and appreciated the reviews that were there. I highly recommend this company and their product. ****UPDATE**** I have the furniture on the deck now! Still in love with it and very happy. Pic posted.

Boy, was I stupid! I’ve been ordering from Amazon forever and never had a problem returning or replacing an item. Until now! I did not read the fine print and I’m stuck with a lemon. It would cost over $1000 to ship back. This furniture is cheap plastic. The cushions are almost flat. The chairs are small. The whole set is awful. It’s the most uncomfortable seating! Now I must sell it and take a beating. Lesson learned.

We bought this product last summer and to our surprise this was really well built and sturdy. Assembly was not complicated at all and I could easily put it together all by myself. The color looked really nice for our back yard and it’s decent and comfortable. Not too soft and neither too plush. Totally worth the money.

This set of furniture is of good quality structurally, but we did have to adapt a couple of the support pieces under the couch to get the screw holes to line up. However, the biggest complaint we have with this set is the thin cushions on the couch and 2 chairs. Interestingly, the cushions on the two ottomans are thick and firm, but the 5 cushions on the couch and 2 chairs are much thinner and soft. You can actually see a little hint of this in the one thumbnail picture on the website, but it is much more dramatic in real life. I'm not sure why the difference, or why the manufacturer would put the better cushions on the ottomans. Unfortunately, this makes all the couch/chair cushions very uncomfortable and uninviting to sit on. If it weren't such a a hassle to dismantle everything we would send the whole thing back. But possibly the biggest disappointment is that Amazon sent 2 messages to the manufacturer about this issue and they did not even respond, let alone take my suggestion of just sending us 5 replacement ottoman cushions to replace those on the couch and chairs. It is one thing to try to cut corners on materials, but to not even respond to a customer concern is unacceptable. Buy this product only with caution! Update 1 month later . . bit of a learning curve on my part (just want to be fair) . . when you send communications through Amazon to a product company there can be a delay in the transmission of those messages both directions. So it turns out the company had been trying to reach out to me to resolve this issue (thank you), which was really half of my argument. The "thin cushion" issue was resolved with the thicker and more firm ottoman and the company acknowledging they are listening to their customers and planning to re-engineer the cushions. Any company that listens to their customers will be successful. Changing my review from 2 stars to 4 stars (still had to manipulate a couple of screws/holes during assembly) but the furniture looks great.
