So when this scooter arrived it was awesome super cool design, massive and overall looks like a beast, however when given the instructions it's not useful whatsoever doesn't help assemble the scooter and pretty much have to guest what to do, after finishing building the scooter up to be stable driving it is amazing way better than all the other scooters I have driven but within 30 minutes of driving it I hit a small pothole without even seeing it and the rear inner tube inside my tire basically exploded, I wasn't going that fast and for it to just deflate like that is pretty infuriating, taking it apart to replace the inner tire is an absolute nightmare! Getting the tire off of it is impossible and I had no choice but to take it to a repair shop for them to get the inner tube out, after that they replace the tube with the backup one and after paying 50 dollars for the manuel labor because oh my it took 2 hours long to get the thing off. So once I got back home after spending all that time trying to replace a simple tire I drove down the street to see if it's really fixed and lord and behold the backup tire they provided blew up within a minute of driving 5 mph a and on a smooth street. So not gonna lie the scooter has potential but of course the materials is so cheap you might as well buy a scooter from a digger company. Very disappointing and infuriating after spending 700 bucks on this thing! Also update on this scooter the back tire fell off again so at this point I'm done this scooter is the worst for your money, flimsy product flimsy material, the only good thing it had going for it is the speed and that's it everything else is terrible please for the love of everything buy another product then this because this scooter is terrible ... show more

I urge you, for your own good, to steer clear of Joyor! Their products are nothing but a disaster, and their so-called customer service team is a bunch of scammers. My rear fender broke, and the screws came loose, leading to a terrifying accident that could have been catastrophic. This is not just a design flaw-it's a serious safety issue! To add insult to injury, when I tried to order a replacement fender directly from Joyor, I paid in full, only to receive an email demanding an extra $20 for shipping that was never disclosed upfront. When I refused to pay this hidden fee, they outright canceled my order. This is disgraceful behavior from a company that should be serving its customers, not extorting them! Avoid Joyor at all costs! Their products are subpar, and their practices are downright fraudulent. Don't risk your safety or your money. Stay FAR AWAY from this scam of a company! ... show more

The battery is great even if your max speed, u can go for hours and it really goes 30mph.It takes a bit time to reach that speed but it does when its fully charged, the tires are great never slip and hold really well on bumps, but be very carefull because the rims arent filled and therefore weaker to falling in a pot hole and can break ... show more

Rides great but either controller shorted out or charger due to battery port on deck wiring cane lose so i tried getting contact info from amazon but support number they gave is not in service. Good luck if you purchase rear tire will go flat due to hub coming lose from hardware loosening. Still no reply to email or voice mail to Joyor as of 6-27-23. Only 2 star cause great frame.
