This electric blanket is soft and lightweight, but it packs a punch in terms of temperature. It has 5 settings, and on level 5, it is so hot that I start to sweat. I usually find level 2 hot enough for the winter climate. I wish the blanket stayed on for longer than 4 hours. I find myself waking up when it turns off because I get cold. For the price, I think it should stay on longer. Pros: -Heats up fast -Super soft -Easy to wash Cons: -Very light (if you like heavy blankets) -Only stays on for 4 hours at a time ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this to use in my office where the temp is never warm enough for me in the winter! It's functional for my needed use, it's super soft and high quality, I love the design and color, there was no smell at all (I opened it in my office, so thank goodness lol) and it's quality made so I'm sure it will be durable and I'll be able to store it for next winter's use as well. Surprised at how much I like using this! It heats up nicely and is very cozy. However, the closer you get to the edges, the less heat you get from the blanket. I was sleeping over a friend's house and they had a cold draft by their door. Although I had the heated blanket on, my feet were still a lot colder and the blanket itself felt cold!
