I love the way it looks, but after leaning back in it once, the piece pictured bent and now it will not lock. If I rest back in the chair it will lean back no matter if I have the lever in lock position. Going to try and get a replacement.

Very comfortable specially with the extra fluffy paw cushion I got. Feel like it could’ve been made better, as you can see from the pics there are little flaws in the padding and stitching. Too bad the belt on the lower cushion came broken, doesn’t look broken more like melted, weird. Wonder if they can replace that part? It’s hard to reach out to the company, as it says you have warranty, but all they give you is their IG and they have 15 followers or they follow and no post, just seems shady idk. ... show more

Easy to set up but lacks in quality its been 2 months and one of my arms has completely fell apart, it claims to be able to hand up to 350 lbs but this seems like a huge lie.

it’s a very comfy chair but do listen to the height recommendations. i am under it (5’5) and the chair recommends no one over 5’11. everytime i have a friend come over and they’re over 6’ they always complain it’s uncomfy 😭 i think it’s very comfortable tho :) you can adjust the height and the back rest too which is very nice. it also matches my aesthetic quite well ... show more

I adore this new chair!! Up to now I've only had really crappy, cheapest i could find desk chairs and for my new place I decided to splurge, especially with how much time I spend working at my desk. And can I just say, I picked the perfect chair? I haven't sat in it for long stretches of time yet, but it is super comfy. The material is a soft and super luxurious feeling leather, the whole thing is pretty easy to put together, even with just the photos and no words in the guide. The bunny ears are so freaking cute and super poseable, and they are a headband so you can wear them yourself too! It's a bit tricky to adjust the angle of the seat back, but I think it'll get easier with practice, and the arm rests are really great with how they move to adjust.
