It's basically exactly what you think it'd be at a reasonable price. The only issue I've had is that you have to be careful with closing the door. It has a tendency to not snap close well, so really make sure it's closed when you close it. Considering even getting a wrap around pulley strap that solidly snaps it shut. I've accidentally left it open, overnight, due to it not closing properly. Basically you get frost burn everywhere and you have to unplug it and let it drain all day. Then you have to clean it... it's a big hassle. Make sure to close it properly (maybe mine was just a lemon, but just double check).

I've only had this freezer for about 2 weeks, but so far, it's great! I've been looking for the right one for about a year now and chose this one after favorable comparisons with similar freezers. It has allowed me to unload my refrigerator freezer to the point that I can actually see what is in there. It keeps everything frozen at a setting between 4 & 5..no need to set it higher. It's very quiet and fits perfectly into the designated spot.

We wanted a small but reliable and "portable" freezer that would be good to take when we go camping. After reading reviews of similar products I chose this one. And we purchased this freezer. Two weeks now and not one regret. The small freezer in our coach isn't usable to keep much frozen food, but this one makes up for it. It probably has 15lbs of meat in it in these pictures, but it would hold more. It's light weight (probably +/- 25 lbs empty) makes it easy to carry, and I can't hear it running at all. All the meat in the photos was put in about mid-afternoon one day and was all frozen solid by the next morning, with the thermometer I put in reading -5°. Excellent. The only con was that the top rt edge was dented slightly. It had to have happened during manufacturing process because the unit was well boxed with Styrofoam along all of the edges. as well as the top and bottom. Not a deal breaker but also not perfect like one would expect a brand new appliance to be. This thing is a keeper, hands down. get one of these and you won't be sorry.

I used this to store breast milk while breastfeeding and it was an awesome little freezer to have and couldn’t definitely hold plenty of milk! It’s small like a mini fridge and is great to store somewhere like your room instead of a kitchen! Now I just use it for extra freezer foods and it’s been an awesome little extra freezer to have and to be able to store more. Would highly recommend!

Well, after making a spot clear for this item, it needed to have the hinges switched. When I did the bottom hinge, I placed unit on foam padding, and removed hinge, it looked like the hinge would not fit, due to shape, but upon closer look the steel-pivot unscrewed from the plate so it can be switched. Then I noticed the instructions were VAGUE on "do not tip more than 45 degrees" & "if stored at more than 45 degrees", blah, blah, I figure the instructions couldn't be right. I allowed the compressor to settle for about 2 hours, and plugged it in, left at factory temp setting. Seems to be just right, formed a thin layer of frost, but has disapated. Works great.
