Drain line leaking from inside unit. Plastic fitting that drain line connects to is cracked on the inside part of the unit must have been done in production when back panel was over tightened onto the unit.

Sent message to Coustemer service got quick reply about they wanted pictures sent pictures quick reply they would send it to another department….. 8 days latter no word on how to fix this machine, it makes ice good but over builds and gets stuck on very first cycle then you have to shut off for a few hours and let ice melt a Littile in order to be able to pull it out and let it run another cycle Update so was mad I had to leave a one start to get anything done but they did eventually make it right instead of helping me fix the machine they sent a brand new unit that has been working ok for the last probably 30 days now so can’t ask more of any company other then to correct a mistake and they did a Littile more then I had hoped for so thanks ... show more

I purchased this machine Sept of 2020 because of buying ice daily. I have been quite pleased with it. We just went through Hurricane Ian and No one could find ice. I was bagging ice continually from my machine and taking to work and giving it away to whomever needed it. I was taking at least 100 pounds a day and still had plenty of ice for home use. This ice machine is a super value. Makes great ice and stores over 30 pounds. Didn’t need to spend thousands on ice machine. Hooked water supply to super filtered system already had for my house. Ice crystal clear. If it lasts a year it’s still a win. I’ll just buy another.
