We decided that living in the South it was better to have an ice machine than a dishwasher. This was easy to install and so much fun to have. We never run out of ice. I can fill up a cooler with ice and still have plenty left over. This has led to so much more outdoor fun.

After a few months of working just fine we started to get an E2 error code and the machine turns off.. After turning the power off and back on again, it went away, but only made a few ice cubes and the E2 code showed back up.

I travel a lot via car and we always carry a cooler. We work in one city and live in another. So we always are carrying groceries from one house to another. Bagged ice has gotten so expensive! This solved that and I never have to worry about running out of ice or not having any when needed. Straightforward install. The only thing I was concerned with was the drain. I solved that by purchasing a HVAC condensate drain pump. It's a little device that water drains into. A float raises when full and it pumps the water away. It worked perfect for my install into my garage. I've wanted one of these for years but they are generally so very expensive that I personally just could not justify the expense. The Joy Pebble unit solved that. It is in my opinion a great value for the money. We've used ours all summer and it's been flawless. I would for sure purchase again.

The ice-maker works well, producing a lot of ice. It failed after 6 months use, which i attribute to compressor failure. Pebbles Support was fast and courteous, shipping me a replacement unit within a few days. Hopefully that was a fluke and the new unit will last longer, I'd have to give support an A for prompt action.

We have several camping tents set up as an airbnb and we have has a great response to having ice readily available. We are in a secluded area and the nearest gas station is 20 min away! The ice maker has been really convenient for our guest to fill up their coolers! We also love to go fishing and this has been amazing since we can get so much ice produced in one day! The machine works great and the stainless steel look is aesthetically pleasing!
