This wheelchair has been awesome. It's lightweight and really easy to maneuver. Loading and unloading has been a breeze. It comes apart so easy... the wheels come off, as do the foot rest and cushions. My husband has Parkinsons, and walking is getting more and more difficult. This wheelchair allows me to get him in and out for doctor's appointments and restaurants. The wheels are on the smaller size so it can be a little difficult for the user to use if they have upper body weakness.

Being a small, senior female and a first time wheelchair buyer, I found my options limited. Most chairs were too large and too heavy for me. This chair is light and easy to maneuver. Foot supports are also light and separate from each other instead of being one large, heavy, clunky piece. They fold under the chair or remove with ease. So easy for my husband to pop the chair into the car. I thought having a wheelchair would mean I would be scowling every time I even saw it. But it is such a great help to me in daily living that it makes me smile.

Nice and light chair, easy to push but expensive! Paid $626. I got this chair for my husband, he is not a handicap but getting older and he though will be nice a self propel wheel chair and not to depend from others, but he could not self propel outdoors, seems that will work for someone with more muscles. I should have bought a transport chair for much less!

Other than the fact that it broke within days of receiving it, it would be a great wheelchair. Lightweight, folds easily, comes with very easy-on/off/adjustable leg rests, and is genuinely a beautiful chair but within days of receiving it, the front brake broke. The brake “housing” and alan screw which affix user’s wheel brake (not handler brake) to actual chair are loose and unable to be tightened, the housing now slides back and forth on the frame. We contacted vendor who sent an airbill that did not include packing (despite Amazon indicating air bill should/would definitely include UPS packing/shipping, which UPS estimates to be no less than $150). We also offered to be charged for second chair, indicating we’d just return first chair in the new box as soon as new replacement arrived (and vendor could then issue full refund but vendor would not do that). They offered a partial refund (approx. $170) which- is not great if you need the wheelchair with the function of a brake. We said we’d try to have a tech/mechanic try to tighten which worked briefly but has since broken again. Definitely not worth the amount of time or money (I paid $695 or, $741 with tax) and very disappointed with chair’s failure so shortly after arrival and then a second time which is unfixable. Perhaps more importantly, it’s not like my 87yo, 4’8, 70lb. aunt is out on a basketball court in her chair. She primarily sits, wheels a little and sits some more. No excuse for this level of wheelchair to bust so quickly. Vendor washes hands of it and directed us to manufacturer. Definitely will not return to vendor and we’ll see what turns up from the manufacturer. UPDATE: Sending manufacturer proof of payment with pictures ONLY so they can replace the broken brake (“with a video to help you assemble”) which we will have to rewire or pay someone to have done.

When my husband had been in medical rehab for a while, Medicare gave him a very nice wheelchair to go home with. It was very good, but heavy and sometimes difficult to get through doorways. We found this one at Amazon. It was not only lighter, it has a nice little pocket in the back of the seat where we can store his paperwork when going to the doctors. It is also a few inches narrower, not a lot, but easier to get through narrow doorways. I find it so easy to put in the car and take it out. We kept the other one for when we might need something bigger, but I don't think we will ever need it.
