We love the aesthetic and the sturdiness of this set. Assembly only took about an hour and a half because my husband is very adept when it comes to putting things together. Everything lined up perfectly. My husband is 6’1 and finds the furniture very comfortable for his size. We have two dachshunds that think they own all of the furniture. The set is very attractive but on the small side. The cushions aren't comfortable but are well made and attractive to look at. I may replace the foam inside the cushions with the firmest foam I can find. Don't expect to have this set fully assembled in a few hours. It took me 6 hours over 3 days and I do a lot of assembling, the reason being that certain areas require a little push and pull by two people to line the screws up. If I had a dollar for every time I had to loosen and retighten the screws... The assembly instructions do not address the glass top of the coffee table. The rubber corner tips need to be removed (gently with plyers) before placing the glass on the ledges located just inside the top of the coffee table base. I would strongly recommend working over a thick rug when assembling the coffee table as the glass has a tendency to slip off the ledges until the base is perfectly squared. Also, the aluminum bands around the feet of the loveseat, chairs and coffee table are supposed to be removed, but don't do what I did on the first leg and stick a screwdriver under the band in an attempt to wedge it off (I scratched the front of that leg pretty bad). Instead, turn the piece on its side (do the coffee table before the glass is in) and pry the staples out with a screwdriver and/or plyers. That way, the bands will fall right off. No instructions dedicated to removing the aluminum bands either.

Nice set but the screws won’t screw in fully. Had an awful time just trying to put the chairs together. Can’t reach customer service. What a waste of money

So we bought this thinking it was a good price for the item. The good news it arrived rather quickly. Overall quality seems decent. The table went together quite well except that the supports for the glass top were all bent. The rest of the product should be easy to put together since you just have to screw it together. Unfortunately, pretty much 3 of every 5 screws were not quite lined up with the holes so I have several which are not quite there and 2 that just don’t work. The only reason I am not returning it is it would be a huge pain the tear it apart to put it back in the boxes. Though I will never sit on it if it does fall apart when someone does I will tear it down and send it back. Also, the little wrench they give you works but would take about 2 days to put together.
