I ordered this without reading the reviews. My bad but when it did arrived it had 18 screws missing. There was a paper inside saying “ missing parts. Call us and we will have it sent to you”. Well I only had this person to help me put it together for the day so we bought screws and moved on. It took us 4 hours to put it together. Yes it is small. But it turn out not to bad for my first patio set…Looks just like the picture.

Despite the wait and box 1 of 2 being delivered the next day, I gave this 5 stars based on the product itself. Assembly is very simple if you just read the instructions. You are suppose to hand screw each screw half way and once all screws are half way in for each chair/table, then you can proceed to tighten them. The product will not blow you away but for the price of it, I would say it meets or exceeds the standard. The material of the cushion and wicker is pretty good. I will have these inside for now so they should hold up well against time.

The media could not be loaded. I love the set, however, it was hard to put together. I always build things and this has been one of the most difficult things i had to build. Next time I’ll pay someone to build.

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing. A lot of the complaints about this product have to do with the size and screws not lining up during assembly. The instructions specifically say that you need to leave the screws loose during assembly and only tighten at the end. When they say the screws need to be loose, they mean really loose (like barely screwed in at all. Then and only then will everything line up. If you follow the instructions, you shouldn’t have a problem. Unboxing everything took about 10 mins and assembly took a little over an hour but once you did one chair it was relatively easy to figure out the rest. Note that the set comes in two boxes. The seating is on the smaller size but a normal/larger individual will fit. It’s just a little low to the ground. Really nice for small spaces. I really like it. It’s exactly what we were looking for. The price point is great.

The furniture was not too difficult to assemble and seems fairly sturdy, and it is reasonably attractive, with excellent colors. I read the measurements before ordering, but did not really pay attention to them. When assembled, it became apparent that the pieces are all undersized and not really suitable for adult use. The seats and backs of the chairs and settee are two low for comfort. Also, the cushion filling is not substantial. We gave the set to a family with tweenage daughters, however, and the girls love it. At the price, the set is definitely great for children and yung teens.

Would give it a 0 but that wasn't an option. Only recieved 1/2 of the order. 1 box showed up with some pieces but nothing that could even be put together. Mostly cushions and end pieces. Hoping that the rest will show up but it says package delivered with no other notations on the order.
