The zippers were very hard I had to take the cushions out of the arms then zip it and put the cushioning back in is the best way be sure not to throw away the red plastic as it has a zipper in it it is for the top and the back of the chair which I still haven't gotten that but overall it's a pretty nice chair very big and bulky also being a small person when I push the chair all the way back I can't hold it down it keeps trying to come back up just so you know ... show more

I ordered two of these. My husband wanted a chair and I wanted symmetry in the livingroom. There was a mix up and the seller was very responsive and helpful. We got our chairs late but it was worth the wait. For the price these are spectacular. I put both together on my own and it didn't take long at all. It rocks and swivels and doesn't make any noise. I am not impressed with the massage feature and didn't plug my chair BUT I ordered a recliner... I didn't want a massage chair so I am super pleased. The only negative: My husbands chair back was wiggly and wouldn't stay in one position. He took the back off and realized that one of the brackets was missing a screw. A quick trip to the hardware store and it's perfect. For the price... they look great in our space, are comfortable, and were very affordable ... show more

Cons- granddaughter tipped it within 5 minutes. Massage is a very weak vibrate, zippers a little cheap (plastic), arms overstuffed and Velcro won’t stick, headrest tilted a little too far back- use a pillow in back of my head to see my phone. Latch to raise foot test already sticking after 1 week. Chair took a month to be delivered - company said it was FedEx problem . Pros- 20 minutes to put together - love the rocker/ swivel - Comfort of this chair is a 10! ... show more

Update: contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement chair. The replacement is a little more stable but still leans back really far in my opinion. I have the swivel chair not the power lift chair. Chair leans too far back tipped it over two times already

This chair is great! Overall, it’s the perfect oversized recliner that’s very comfortable. I bought the brown version. It does have more of an orange/brown tint to it, which we were looking for. I like the rocking motion, the swivel and the ease of opening and closing.
