When the original order arrived with many plants too wet and rotting so badly the leaves were falling off, I reached out to the company. They responded quickly, and cheerfully answered my questions about which kinds would be best for a desert terrarium. The replacements arrived even more quickly than I expected, and in great shape! I decided to grow succulents after a bit of research because they fit my lifestyle. I can talk to them and watch them grow, but they don’t require much direct attention from me! The first three pictures are all the plants that were in the order My complaint is at the bottom of this review and it is the reason that this product is given a four instead of a five. The good things- The plants arrived quickly. The box was well packed, and despite some very obvious crushing damage on the outside of the box it had no effect on the plants. The plants were the cutest little things. Some were very new cuttings and others slightly more mature. I thought that was good because I could gain knowledge in growing them from two different levels.. Truthfully, while the plants were all healthy, and obviously strong, I was a little disappointed because there was not, the amount of variety in the plants that I was expecting. There were two or three plants of each variety and one had four of the same. I put them in groups in three different locations with different lighting so I can see how they do in a particular area. My only complaint, and this is a major one in my mind, at least, is that the plants had no care instructions. Instead, there was an advertisement for an app that stated watering and lighting instructions were on the app they specified. I posted a picture of it. The app had a seven day, free trial, then cost money for a yearly description. I downloaded the app and was prepared to give it an honest assessment before deciding whether to keep it or not. It took 2 days instead of 7 to decide to look elsewhere. I think the app has the necessary features you would want by looking at the description however, it does not operate well when setting up the profile on each plant and it does not give specifics for things such as what you need to know when taking them out of the box like determining how much water or light, whether or not, they should be transplanted, growing together in bunches or separately, etc. I am not keeping the app and would not recommend it to anyone who is a novice growing succulents. I played around with it for well over six hours in the course of two days. If I need help, I will search out other plant apps. ... show more

Got them and were all okay. The shipping box was very small and the 20 plants inside the box were as well. However, all of them were healthy and none were broken. Each one is in it's own small plastic pot. I put them all in a 9x13 glass pan and I added water to the bottom. The plants soaked it up. It has now been 1 week and they have doubled in size. They look great. Note: there were 2 of each kind of plant. So 20 plants but 10 different varieties. I do recommend this set! ... show more

I watched the weather to ensure that they wouldn’t be shipped with freezing temps but the seller had included a heat pack (bonus). My plants arrived very healthy and really well packaged. I ordered the box of 20 succulents to make an gift for a family member- I expecting to receive a wide variety of plants, like the seller’s photos would lead you to believe… I did receive 20 plants… but only 10 varieties, there is doubles of every. When I received the plants, I initially thought they looked good, a little rough, but overall good. As I unpacked them, it became clear that 1/2 of the plants were in very poor condition- many of the are dead/dying &/or have rotting stems (see pics). There’s no easy way to contact the seller about my concerns & I didn’t have time to return them for a refund/replacement, so I salvaged what I could & made the gift arrangement.
