I truly love this couch, but when assembling this couch, I was unable to screw in five screws. Three of them were from a corner part of the couch, and as I tried to screw in one of them that would not go in, I heard a crack. Five of them would not align, and when I reached out weeks ago to get a replacement corner, I got no response. I am worried about sitting on it or having anyone sit on it since three of the screws won't screw in. It would be different if it were just one, but three. It isn't very reassuring, only because I really love this couch and have received a lot of compliments on it. Everyone who has been on it has said it is so comfortable, but telling them not sit in one corner is just dumb because I'm afraid it's going to break, but I also don't want to get rid of it because it will be incomplete. ... show more

This couch was easy to put together and it is really soft and comfortable. Its HUGE also. You do need to buy the brackets to secure the pieces to each other because it moves easily on a hard floor. For the price, I recommend it.

This is great couch for the price! The seat and very deep and comfortable, can’t beat it for the size and price if you are large, has a large family and or are on a tight budget. The fabric of the couch is high quality and has an incredibly soft texture. The seller listed the seat depth as 44 inches, but it’s actually 38 inches. Still, it’s a very large and spacious couch. Only the ottoman measures 44 inches. There’s no connector piece to hold the sections together — which isn’t an issue if you plan to use them separately. But if you want to use it as a sectional, the pieces will slide. I ordered some clips to secure them, and that solved the problem. Overall, I’d say it’s a comfortable and well-made oversized couch. Also, I was a bit concerned because the color looked slightly yellowish in the photos, but thankfully, it’s not yellow at all. It has a beautiful tone between cream and beige. ... show more

DO NOT BUY!!! If I could give this 0 stars I would. This sectional is literally made of ply wood and wrapped with fabric. The cushions do not inflate over time. The couch legs are not supported being that it’s screwed into a layer of plywood. I’ve had this sectional for a month and only sat on it for the holidays when family came over. It’s BROKEN in two places. Both legs are broken. $1000 later and I have a couch that is sitting on boxes!!!!!! Of course they’re willing to give a refund but I have to pay for the return shipping, which is more money out of my pockets, WHICH I DO NOT HAVE BECAUSE IT IS THE HOLIDAYS!!!!!!!!!! I AM ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATED!!! ... show more

I love this sofa. It’s comfortable, really big for someone with a large family. We can sit six or seven people on it comfortably. It took a little longer than I expected to assemble, but it was worth. And the price was great too.
