The tub itself is very good, my only issue is that all I received is a booklet on the controller. Takes quite a bit to figure that out. No instructions other than set it in place, fill with water, plug in it. I have figured it out now. Overall a nice tub

My husband and I love this 2 person hot tub! We have it on our patio which overlooks a lake. Perfect setting for our small home. We’ve had it for about 2 weeks, our adult sons came over to help move it out of our driveway. Plugged it in, filled it, and it was working fine. We did watch a generic YouTube video on how to set the controls. I can’t recommend this hot tub high enough. Really, nothing negative to say and using it every day. This hot tub is super nice! Doesn't take long to fill, pretty spacious for both people, jets are perfectly placed, light and waterfall are cool, heats to 103-104, and has a drain plug for changing the water!! It got here in 4 days from ordering and was easy to put into place and just plug in! The cover is like a thin tarp but does have elastic corners to keep it on and it's stayed to temperature! Price was so reasonable !We love it! ... show more
