I ordered this abdominal roller to help me build core muscle strength. For me, It's more fun than doing crunches and I needed to work on strengthening my stomach muscles to help relieve some back pain I've been having off and on. I actually showed it to my physical therapist and asked if he felt I could use it along with the other exercises he assigned me to do. He told me that I definitely could but recommended I use it in front of a wall so that the wall would brace me and I wouldn't "slide out too far" to start. Took his advice and am very pleased with the equipment and the results thus far. It's easy to use and I can go at my own pace. The auto rebound exercise roller comes with instructions on easy assembly (just snap in the handles) and has a little pad to use if you want. There's a website noted on the user guide sheet if you feel that you need tips or want to view videos. I prefer sticking to the simple exercise and starting on my knees as I roll back and forth. I could feel my muscles getting a work out after the first use. I also like that the ab roller itself is small and easy to store when not in use.

I wanted to get an exercise wheel to add to my daily exercise regime that would help me lose weight and try to strengthen my core abdominal muscles. After just a few uses, I found the ab roller to be much better than the generic one I got from a local sporting good store. The rebound feature is a huge plus that helps me to pull myself back up, so I feel this is a great wheel for beginners too! It has a wide 6.6" non-slip rubber wheel and even at my size (6' 3"), I had no issues with using it. I can feel it work my stomach, back and arm muscles, so I'm really getting a great workout! I was surprised at how quiet the wheel was, it was super silent and I liked the hand holders on each side that made it easier to balance. Some wheels just have a rod through the middle but the handles on this one are much more comfrotable and easy to use. As a result, it's very stable and it's also easy to disassemble if you want to take it with you when traveling. Overall, it's a great addition to my exercise routine and it will really help me to achieve my weight loss goals, 5 Stars!

I like this ab workout and it’s really nice to have a tool like this at home that encourages me to work these muscles when I don’t have time to get to the gym. I appreciate the ergonomic design and the included knee pad. I was excited about the rebound action spring, but I didn’t notice any assisting force. I looked through the manual to see if there was something I needed to do to activate it, but it was mostly a list of health warnings. It’s still a good value.

Out of the box, it works just fine. What I like about it over a simple ab wheel (which I currently own) is that it is more ergonomically designed. However, it costs 3x more and does not feel that durable. I may be wrong, this thing may be bomb-proof but only time and many ab sessions will tell. Right now, I give it four stars.

I got this to get back started on working out, over 60 years old I am starting to get a bit of extra weight. This is a great tool especially to start with the help on return, you can do more reps at a lighter workout pace to start with and as you grow and stretch, you will still have all of the tool you need to get to more advanced workouts. Stable and quiet, you will not be frustrated and put this one in a corner. Five stars.

I like that this roller has an auto rebound function, a built-in spring that winds up when you roll forward provides a small but extra push to help me get back up during each repetition, making my ab workouts more friendly to get into. The wheel and grips are well-designed. The rubber material on the wheel is thick and durable, and I feel a sturdy grip while I roll. I particularly appreciate the ergonomic design of the grips, with spots for both thumbs under or over them, so I can choose my hold throughout my workout. There is almost no set up aside from simply inserting the grips with a single spring pin, and I was able to start rolling right away without any hassle. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with the Auto Rebound Exercise Roller. It delivers on its promises, providing a challenging yet rewarding core workout experience. If you're looking to level up your ab workouts at home, I can recommend giving this roller a try.
