The media could not be loaded. very good quality well built and for the unbeatable price I really weigh 300 pounds and it was able to reach 14 miles per hour I never thought it would do that the brake also works excellent and the acceleration is immediate I loved it it's more than I thought

I’ve hated everything about my 8-month experience with this company. I bought this product expecting it to last the duration of my college career. The roads I rode the scooter on were kind of bumpy, but no way a better product has its fender break two weeks into its usage. Then both handles loosened, making my ride really dangerous. I decided to request for a replacement, and it took merely a month for them to deliver it. I thought the first scooter broke down because of reckless riding, and with better care the new scooter would last longer. I was wrong. BOTH fenders broke and the handles got loose and so did the pivot enabling folding of the scooter. But here is the worst part. I’ve been trying to contact Jetson for over a week now. They have a website for support that is useless. Their hotline is always busy, even after I tried calling them the minute their office hours opened. Their staff takes weeks to respond to email. Bought this for my tween last Christmas. As another reviewer keenly pointed out, hitting the brakes and skidding (which kids delight in) will make the wheel lopsided. It's around $50 to replace the back wheel but since it is not possible for a normal human being to take a solid rubber tire off the rim and put the new tire on the rim, expect to pay $100 total for replacing that back wheel + rim. The back fender/rear foot brake broke off after a couple months. When I went online to buy a replacement part I noticed this part seems to break often for scooters. All of that said, this is the perfect commuter ride for my tween who goes 9 blocks to get to school and feels like the queen of the world whenever she rides this. I could've gotten her a nicer one, but she's a tween and is going to wear things out quickly. If you buy this for a kid please warn them not to skid when they brake and to avoid ever using the rear foot brake. Also, if you live in a rainy climate like me, don't ride in the rain. The splash up can damage the electric motor. This scooter is not nearly as water-proof as the the rental scooters you see around town. ... show more

Fun little thing. Been a lot of help with getting take out and groceries. Mine has this error and it beeps none stop so really it's probably a 3-star review but besides that, it's not the best on bumps or rocks. Just raddles the filling out your head but yeah. Not to bad.

I bought this commute scooter for sale for my work. There are plenty of people who do not want to or cannot drive, and these electric scooters are made to help people cover reasonable distances. Hence, one would think that clearly a wealthy, well-advertised company like Jetson will understand the purposes of these scooters and make such important devices well. This one fit my needs perfectly, and I liked that it had a universal phone holder because, let's be honest, holding the phone to use GPS AND ride a scooter is dangerous. Buying Jetson's product and trusting my phone with it was a big mistake. The scooter arrived in seemingly immaculate condition, but after being charged and assembled I discovered, to my horror, that the motor did not work. Literally. The LED display was lit up, showing a fully charged battery, but the scooter would not ride. Am I supposed to kick-scooter myself 4 miles to work and back on a heavy, bulky ride? I called Jetson and confirmed that the scooter should have ridden the moment I stepped on it, given that it is turned on. Clearly, that did not happen. But that is not the worst of it. The so-called universal phone holder dropped my phone immediately, cracking my screen. My phone's company estimated it would cost me $250 to fix the phone. I did not choose to pay $550 for a scooter (that did not even work) or have my phone broken. I needed a replacement for my work and compensation for the phone, but here we are, five days after I shipped the scooter back to Jetson, and the company refused to refund me OR compensate for the phone. Nevermind that I followed all of their customer service's directions to the letter, providing screenshots of my broken phone, a video showing that the scooter did not work, and an estimate from my phone's company for the bill. The best this company could do was offer me a 15% off promo code on a future purchase from them. Thanks, but no thanks! I am in no hurry to buy from Jetson again -- I am looking to cover the expenses their DEFECTIVE product caused! Jetson needs to understand the difference between "ride at your own risk" and "compensation." Yes, a scooter is a "ride at your own risk" device. Nobody sane would expect Jetson to pay for my phone if somebody knocked me over while I was riding, thus causing the phone to fall and shatter. No customer either expects the advertised universal phone holder to drop my phone immediately, just as I started riding, unprovoked, and thus shatter my phone. (And yes, of course I screwed the lever tightly so that my phone appeared to be held well before I moved the scooter. I didn't want my phone getting broken). The only reason I give this review two stars instead of one is that Amazon thankfully made the situation right whereas Jetson did not. They offered me a "returnless refund," even though they are not the ones getting the scooter back. This reaffirms my belief that Amazon is a company that will take care of its customers. As long as a listing says "ships from Amazon," this company can legally intervene and help you; simply invest in a better brand. ... show more
