I bought one from Amazon for my grand son. He loved it . It was easy to put together and was pretty fast . Only thing is he left it out uncovered and it never worked again . Then I bought one for my 6 year old son from Walmart and he loved this product also only thing is he was riding it through a mud puddle after rain and the front wheels flew off and it would not go. Back on . If your boys are Ruff don’t purchase this one unless you as parent makes sure it’s not left out in rain . It does not work well and brakes after getting wet ... show more

I got this electric scooter as a gift for my son birthday as he wish to have an electric scooter one. I did my research and got his this one because it looks fun and safe for kid as his age. The Jetson Disney electric scooter features Disney-themed designs and can reach speeds of up to 10 miles per hour, making it a suitable option for short commutes and recreational use. The scooter also comes with a rear foot brake and a push-button throttle for easy control. One potential advantage of the Jetson Disney Electric Scooter is its compact size and lightweight construction, which makes it easy to store and transport. Additionally, the scooter's battery provides up to 5 miles of range on a single charge, which may be sufficient for many users. As electric scooter it does posses the risk of its own, but my son already master his riding skill with his non electric scooter and always wear his protective gears. I make sure he always use this electric scooter under my supervision as well. The Jetson looks very cool for his age. Great kids scooter, not too fast, and fun and perfect for older kids. We gave this to "grandma's house" so all the grandkids could play on it and it was a BIG hit aka something the kids argued over for the remainder of the weekend (I am so sorry, grandma). I did notice a review saying it was cheaply made and easily broken - we did not find that to be the case at all. Even with all the grandkids using it regularly, it has held up well. The one downside that we noticed is that there is no pace of speed - it's just GO or DON'T GO. For the younger kids it was almost too much, but the older kids had a good time making it take off as quick as they could. Star Wars design is also a bit more subdued than I think a lot of the kids would have liked especially considering a lot of other scooters in the neighborhood are bright/vivid, but overall a super fun outdoor toy that is durable enough to be shared by multiple kids. I do not like leaving bad reviews. But when I tell you how cheaply made these scooters are, I can only hope you don’t waste your Money and learn for yourself. the plastic on the side…they hadn’t even had it a month (they got them for Christmas) and the side pieces already broken and were falling off on the side the charger goes into. Which really sucks bc I don’t let my kids throw them down or play rough. I get that it probably happened during normal kid wear but it just sucks that I can’t fix it. By mid Feb The cheap side plasticPiece has now come away from the charging port and a wire ripped off. The break on the back….I was walking out of the garage and during mid stride my foot caught the break and when I looked back…it had completely snapped off. I’m in complete disbelief that at the price I paid, they are essentially disintegrating. They are kept in a garage, charged when necessary and otherwise taken very good care of. This scooter is so cute and easy, the design isn't over the top and super fun for kids. The light up bottom and the color scheme really helps it be noticeable on the road as well. It's super easy to get the hang of and just like a normal scooter just with a little button. It's really easy to put together and the battery life stays true to the 4 miles max range and it has yet to break thankfully. It seems very sturdy anyways. ... show more

The Disney Electric Scooter by Jetson, is a fun scooter for kids that aren’t ready for a full electric scooter, but want to move on from the manual powered ones. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying. I. Quality – It’s decent quality, but has some areas of cheapness versus other scooters I’ve owned. I could see some of the plastic pieces breaking somewhat easily considering how scooters usually get treated by kids. II. Performance – It’s a good transition scooter that is easy to operate with one button for go and a back break many kids are used too. I wish it had some way to control your speed like a throttle, rather than just go or not, but it does make for an easier transition. The lighting is great in both the wheels and board, that kids seem to really like. However, this does cause it to have a shorter battery run time. It would be nice if it folded for easier transport and travel. I also can’t believe they didn’t include a kickstand, because without one kids will always try to just lay it down. Overall, its small, easy to control and a lot fun for almost every kid that’s at this transition age and/or experience level. If you have someone in your life that’s in that stage. I’m sure they would love to use this tool to get themselves to the next level and have a lot of fun along the way. I’ll be sure to update this review, if I ever start to have problems with it. You can trust that this review is simply my honest opinion that is attempting to provide you with helpful insight that I wish I had before I picked this product.
