Arrived with broken caster.
Disappointed. Product arrived with one of the casters broken off. I went to HF and bought 4 replacement casters. It works but cost me an additional $25. UPDATE - UPGRADED REVIEW 11/9/2025 The seller of this item responded very quickly to my original review. I was given two options. Since I had already replaced the casters I elected to be partially refunded. I am using the jack already and it does everything it is supposed to do. I recommend the jack! Thank you to seller for resolving the issue to my complete satisfaction.

Amazing Product, Even more amaizng seller
This is an amazing product. It is super stable, able to lift my dirt bikes to a very high height, and always works. I did have a problem with a caster, but the Seller bent over backward to take care of me. You don't get alot of service like that these days. I will absolutely shop with this seller again. I've got nothing but great things to say.

Great Concept
This lift is useful for many purposes. It arrives mostly assembled, which is very unusual these days. It works as described. It arrived very quickly and was well-packed. Mine had no damage and is stable. One issue is that the box reeked of cigarette smoke. The factory in China must have allowed smoking. Another issue is that the foot lever for raising the top requires a lot of pumping since it is only the last 2-4 inches that actually affect the cylinder. The bolt that must be installed for the foot lever to work is not easy to attach since the space is so limited for tools. I realized that raising the bed to its highest position creates more room for tightening the small bolt. I would buy again.

Awesome Lift!
This is better than I was thinking. First off the shipping was perfect. The box had enough padding to keep it from getting damaged. Setup was easy, quick tip (lift the lift up so its extended, then to put the foot lever in, use a screw driver in the bolt hole to push the lever down to insert the foot lever). that was the only challenging part. But really overall easy. My only gripe is I wish it was just a inch lower to be able to slide under my bike. Not a big deal but would be nice. But once you get your bike on, its super easy to pump it up. I love it has a safety bar to prevent it from accidentally coming back down. So fully extended a little wobble but that is to be expected, its a sissor lift. But love the height and being able to roll. Also love the locking wheels. Over all for the price this thing gets 5 out of 5 Stars! Love it

Should have bought one years ago
I'm very impressed with this motorcycle scissor lift. The stand does wobble a little bit in the fully extended position but it's nothing to be concerned with and the bike is not going to fall off because it is secured via the foot pegs. It easily rolls under the frame of my KTMs and then you just pump it up to your desired working height. It is easy to roll around the garage with the bike on it in the fully extended position yet the rollers provide enough resistance to prevent unwanted movement while working on the bike and that's without using the locking feature on two of the casters. The unit I received was in good condition (no scratches). It is a true 36" tall in the fully extended position which is actually a little high for most routine maintenance. It comes with a long rod that can be installed in multiple positions to prevent it from falling unexpectedly during use but this is purely a safety issue and not required ... I've had mine sitting in the garage for weeks now and the hydraulic jack doesn't bleed down slowly which lowers the bike. In the end, this is a great tool with a lot of value for the money. I'm getting older and this is going to save my back ... I'm just upset I didn't purchase one years ago.

The new adjustable base for my DW planer.
This is quite good for the price point. A little rough around the edges but it works well so far. The release valve could be smoother, it is pretty-much open or closed. Valve also leaks off but there is a safety rod that will hold it in the extended position while being used. I topped this lift with a piece of 3/4" plywood and bolted down my planer to it. In the lowered position I can roll it under my table saw extension out of the way. Then roll it out and jack it up to the height of my out-feed table and plane away. It's not the Rock of Gibraltar but it works well. I am quite happy with it.

Rusty and compromised. Spend your money on a different lift.
I discovered that the metal rods had rusted and broke while attempting to lift a motorcycle. As you can see in the pictures, the metal rods and welds rusted and broke despite the motorcycle stand being used indoors for its very short lifespan. I have had this scissor lift for a little over a year and have only used it a handful of times, and this is completely unacceptable. I would prefer to spend my time working on 2 wheeled projects instead of having a new one to deal with. Buyer beware! Update: the hydraulic jack has began to leak as of today 3/20/2025. This is with very minimal use and only after I had to repair the rusted and broken rods pictured in this review. Again, buy at your own risk folks. If I could give this jack a negative raring, I would.

Still have to lift my dirt bike up and onto the stand.
I purchased this after purchasing a two 2019 Husqvarna FC250's. This was of course to be used for whatever maintenance and cleaning tasks I would be doing on the two bikes. This was purchased over other non-scissor stands so I didn't have to lift the bikes up on the stand. What I found was that I still have to lift the bikes up onto the jack just like I would if I were using a non-scissor stand. The issue is how this scissor jack works. To get it to the lowest height setting, I would put my weight on the platform with the hydraulic knob open and then close the hydraulic knob before releasing my my weight. I would assume that the platform would not raise once I removed my weight from it. That is not the case. The platform raises up about 3 inches when I remove my weight. This 3 inches is enough to ensure that I have to lift the bike up on the stand. I also have a Husqvarna FE 350S that I have to lift the bike onto the stand. Hopefully, this issue can be rectified by the Durhand letting me know I am doing something wrong or that the jack is not working properly. If that is the case, I will change my rating. ***Update Oct 2nd: Super impressed with the customer service! They reached out to me within 24 hours of my review to provide assistance. I was happy with the outcome and would do business with them again.
