I suffered a whiplash injury in July of 2022 that resulted in arm and hand numbness due to the pinched nerves radiating from my neck. Months of physical therapy helped improve my range of motion. but the only thing that relieved the numbness was cervical traction. As daily visits to physical therapy to receive this treatment was neither practical nor affordable, I went online and found this product. WOW!!! Relief at last!!! This inflatable cervical collar is a blessing. It is soft, comfortable, and super easy to put on and take off - so much easier to use than the portable traction device used in physical therapy, and much more comfortable - no getting down and up from the floor to use it either. I can use it sitting in a chair to read or watch TV, or even around the house while cooking or doing chores. The inflation mechanism works perfectly, and I have experienced no air leakage. I use the collar several times a day for 20 minutes or so, and the numbness I've experienced for the last 14 months has been greatly reduced. A big "thank you" to whoever invented this device.

I bought this to support my neck at night while the baby nurses. I find that often I'm not awake enough at that time to operate it. It's not complicated to use, I'm just tired. However, when I've used it during the day, it has relieved some of my neck pain and subsequent arm issues. Good buy, even if I don't use it the way I intended.

I’m 10 years post-op decomp/fusion for a Chiari Malfunction and CCI (I also have EDS) , and sometimes, my weakened neck muscles have trouble keeping my big ‘ol head up. This is a great solution to stretch those muscles and connective tissues. I also plan to use it as a travel pillow on a 24-hour trip to South Africa next summer - folds up nice and small. Material is soft and non-irritating.

this one is not overly strong ..so if you have a very sensitive issue with neck ...this would be ok. the price is reasonable if it works for you. also could suggest that it may be used for sleeping with it on since it very lightweight. might look odd but could be worn in public if needed hope this helps. one note of caution is that it requires a good amount of pumping with a bulb type inflation device..your hands will get a good workout pumping this thing up. maybe they should make it so you can use your bicycle tire pump o inflate it!

It fits perfect, I've used it a few times and my neck feels a little better today.. I give it 4 stars but I'll update it later if it continues to work. So far nothing has made the left side of my neck and shoulder feel better or loosen up and I've tried everything.
