  • It was dead on arrival.
You can get the roots on a bare root plant started by putting the roots in water for a day or so: white root tips begin to grow: this did not happen. Also, woody plants should have a green cambium layer. This is a layer of plant tissue under the immediately visible bark. You can lightly scratch the bark with a fingernail or with the edge of a knife blade and see it. If it is green the plant is viable, if it is brown then that portion of the plant is dead. It is typical for bare root plants to have brown cambium near the pruned tips of the branches: the further you get from the tip of the branch, the greater the likelihood of seeing green. This plant had no green anywhere. I do not write negative reviews for fun and profit. In fact, I rarely write them at all. But this really ticked me off. Please do not waste your money on this companies products. ... show more

  • Jasmine ā€œseedling ā€œ
Not really sure about this ā€œseedlingā€. it arrived dead/dormant, brown and brittle. The leaves falling off. It smelled good (like it had been perfumed) for a couple days. The roots were dry and lifeless. It’s description is said to be an indoor plant but by the looks of the dried dirt it was surely planted outside. I’m confused. I’ll be the first to admit I know absolutely less than nothing about what it should look like during this stage. I hope it morphs into a replica of that beautiful green fragrant plant pictured and described in the description, but surely from what I received in the mail, that would be a miracle. I think I might wasted my money. Oh, it’s bent like this because it was folded up in a narrow bag thingy. šŸ¤·šŸ¾ā™€ļø I have no idea what to rate this so based on what I think… one star unless the seller can enlighten me. ... show more

  • The plant was in terrible condition
The media could not be loaded. It looked like a big long green onion that you pull out of the garden, but it laid on the picnic table all day or maybe for two days. It was a little aluminum foil packet and we opened it immediately when it was delivered and it just looked terrible. We tried to plant it, but it’s not Responding at all and I have a lot of plants. I know how to take care of them but this fell. I was too far gone when we got it. I tried, but it’s not coming back. And I don’t know how to return a dead plant. The photo that I enclosed is all of the other plants that I ordered on Amazon and they were all in excellent condition. This one is bad! I would love it if you sent me another one! Thank you. ... show more

  • Dead sticks
I ordered several and was very excited until they arrived. They were just mostly dead sticks. A couple had what looked like remaining roots on both ends so it was difficult to determine which end to try to root. Ultimately I couldn't get any of them to provide any signs of life. After a few months and when it was quite obvious they were dead as heck i gave up. ... show more

  • So sad
I wish I would’ve read the reviews before buying. It’s a stick… Nothing more. Just a dead stick. I planted it and watered it. We’ll see if I can give an update months from now… It had roots, but they were dry, the stick was dry. You can tell it has no life šŸ˜ž even so, I planted it with hopes that it will come back. But I have LOW expectations, honestly. So sad. Update: I received a dead stick. The roots that it had fell off, some were left and nothing is happening. The stick it’s literally dry. I’ve been trying to bring it back, but at this point it’s a miracle what we need… A Lazarus miracle… ... show more

  • Disappointed
I received these about 3 weeks ago and planted them a day after I receive them it looked like one leaf was trying to come out but was kind of drying up it looked like it had a few roots which was more than the first set that I had received and one of them was molded. I tried to plant them anyway and still nothing and seems like they're drying up. These are the ones that I got as a replacement for the first batch that I had ordered. ... show more

  • DEAD ā˜ ļø on arrival
The media could not be loaded. Like most others, I got a stick with clumps of clay on the roots. It had been smashed in a Ziploc bag. When I first opened the Ziploc bag a mold odor assaulted my nostrils. I took pity on the little branch, rinsed it off, washed all the muck out from underneath the roots, planted it in some premium potting soil, I have nurtured it and fertilize it and just hoped upon hope it would survive. It did not. It never had a chance. The pictures are very misleading. It looks nothing like that. It looks just like the other pictures dead dead dead!!! ... show more
