The product might deserve a 3 but, combined with customer service it's a 1. The unit looked, felt, and sounded solid. I was happy. Until I tried to hook the hose to it. The fitting on the unit came apart, sending the spring and bearings in different directions. I thought it would be an easy fix and tried to go buy a replacement fitting. $60 in and it was clear that the fitting was proprietary; nothing else fit. In the meantime I had contacted what seemed to be an enthusiastic customer service center through their email. Whatever it is, they claimed on literature in the box, they would make it right. That's how much they cared. But, they didn't care enough to respond. Amazon offered a refund or replacement, which I was happy about. So, back it went for the refund. I didn't want a second device that used parts I could not easily find. It really did appear to be a decent company with a visually appealing product.
