The media could not be loaded. I’m honestly really disappointed in this purchase. I’ve had my Jasion Hunter Pro for exactly 7 days and the bike already won’t even turn on. It’s had issues since day 1. While riding, it would randomly shut off, which is actually dangerous because you instantly lose all acceleration. Customer service has been basically nonexistent. When you call the “support” number, it just tells you everything has to be handled through email—which has been incredibly frustrating and slow. So when there’s an issue with the bike, the only communication from Jasions is email. Now I’m stuck with a $1,200 bike sitting in my garage that doesn’t work, with no real help to fix it. Also something I wish I knew before buying—if you try to return the bike, it has to have under 10 miles, basically unused, and even then you’re only guaranteed 50–90% of your money back. That was not made clear upfront. Super disappointing experience overall. Would seriously consider purchasing from a different company.

This is my first review since I usually do not write them. I purchased a Jasion Hunter x bike and it worked great for about 2 months. It then started not to work and would shut down. It’s still under warranty and they want me to pay $80 for new battery. They sent a link and it would not process properly. You can’t talk to any reps. I just want it to work and it won’t. We are now going on several months and still nothing. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Do not waste your money on Jasion and buy another product.

I bought this bike assuming the listed top speed was accurate. It was not. After some internet research, this is apparently a common problem people who buy Jasion bikes experience. This bike is garbage and the company is slimy. They are literally lying in their listing here and when you want your money back, they will do everything they possibly can to not give you a refund. I am still speaking to support, but they do not want to refund me on a bike that was FALSELY ADVERTISED. DO. NOT. BUY. THIS. BIKE. IT. DOES. NOT. GO. THE. SPEED. THEY. SAY. IT. DOES. PERIOD.

So far the bike itself is great. The seat thought doesn't stay stationary no matter how tight I make it. The directions were not altogether great. I had to figure out how to attach front break on my own. BUT this bike is so far sooooo fun to ride. We went on our first ride and no issues... Beside the seat shifting. I recommend.

I have updated my review after 400 miles. The pedals hitting the ground is completely unacceptable and flat out dangerous! You cannot pedal around corners, period. I'm not talking a 45 degree lean, the pedal will hit at a 10 degree lean. My feet have almost been pushed between the pedal and road. That is a lawsuit just waiting to happen. Initial review: This is a good bike for the price. The speed claims are correct. With throttle I can reach 29 mph. In pedal assist I reach up to 32 mph. A few things to consider are: The pedals hit the ground when turning. For example, I cannot pedal around corners! This would be a major inconvenience if I had no more battery power. The throttle is half the handle. In city commuting it actually gets tiring. I bought a thumb attachment to alleviate this. The key is underneath the frame. Just a strange place to put the key. Anything (lanyard, key chain, etc.) just hangs there. The brakes are ok, but it is a heavy bike, so in-town commuting with stop and go riding gets tiring. Some re-gen would not only help extend the range, but would take some pressure off the brakes as well. Posted range is probably calculated on unlocked speeds. At the 29ish MPH, and full throttle (both PA and throttle only) range is probably probably closer to 25 miles.

The media could not be loaded. After a lot of researchs on the internet , This bike attend all my needs. Good battery lasting , impressive electric engine , that can reach easily 25mph pretty quick . I love the riding position and the fact can be easily folded to save space , as I live in an RV, for me was the best choice . Jasion have been doing a good job of their bikes. I love the color , this dark grey it's my favorite . Very well painted . If you are looking for a affordable bike between budget and quality maded you will not regret !

For what these are, I think they are good bikes. I bought two different models, the eb6 and the x hunter. The x hunter came a little dinged up and not packaged great but once together it looks nice. I was surprised how beefy it was compared to the eb6. Very sturdy bike so far and handles towing my 2 and 5 year old around in a cart no problem. It may require a little tinkering, the brakes on both are rubbing and causing the tires to not spin freely but the ride is still nice. Still talking with customer service about the issue. Will update when it's resolved
