My wife and I are no strangers to the Ebike world. About 1.5 years ago we were able to scoop up a pair of the swagatron ebikes on sale. They had the fat tire we were looking for at a price point that was extremely affordable but they were marketed for kids. Regardless they suited us very well and still do. I am 6ft and my wife is 5'7". We agreed that we wanted to dig further into this new hobby of ours and scanned amazon for options. What drew me to this one was not only the price point which compared is actually very good for what you get, but the features really caught my eye. What was lacking in the swagatrons were the shocks. What a game changer. No more feeling the bumps of the street!!! This is my number one love so far. The shocks are amazing for my 185lb body! Ive taken this on city streets as well as the back streets and so far it has held up amazingly. Assembly was super easy. I did have a minor mishap where the gear button box was damaged upon arrival but customer service took care of that really quickly with a shipped replacement and instructions. It was a quick exchange and I was on the road testing this out in no time. The large screen was something I hadn't seen in other models which caught my eye. Another amazing feature is that you can attach a usb phone charger directly to the battery to keep you going for the entire ride. I got a lot of looks from my neighbors.. They thought I had bought a dirt bike but were wowed when I told them it was an ebike. It definitely has a presence.. Sturdy, smooth ride is what you should expected.. As for the batter life I don't know yet so I will update it. Speed wise so far I've gotten up to 28 miles. My wife who is lighter than me is going to try it out and see how fast she can go but this thing has some amazing zip.. I haven't tried it downhill so I am sure this thing will fly. I did purchase a phone holder - the velcro type to keep my phone safe. If you are thinking of attacking a rack you can possibly get the ones that attached to the tire gear. This bike does not have a seat stem so you will need to find something that can work..Amazon is the place to search for that. All in all I feel very satisfied with this purchase and see lots of fun riding ahead for my family. 5 stars so far!!! I will update this review once I get a feel for the battery life. It actually came fully charged which was a plus!

We ordered online because we needed it delivered. The bike had decent reviews but here are facts we didn’t know and you SHOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND: 1. It is very difficult to get a bike shop to work on an “off brand”. This is an off brand. So, I cannot find a bike shop that will work on it, especially related to the electric components. Makes it challenging since it is an electric bike… I live in San Diego which is a fair sized city. Imagine the challenges in smaller communities aren’t any better. 2. The company offers NO warranty support. It appears to be out of China (though they work hard to appear otherwise) which means they are not in the same time zone or share the same language. I have reached out 5 times over a throttle issue that arose in month 2 - brief response to effort 3, no response since. What to do if they don’t honor warranty? Who knows? 3. The website takes you nowhere. The telephone numbers lead to no one. The bike sits in the garage. Unused for months. 4. Buy at your own risk.

First e-bike, but brakes really are not great. Tried adjusting multiple times, still rubs. I should have spent more money for something better quality. But look of the bike is cool and battery life seems much less than what was advertised. Got about six miles out, battery started to show half, turned back around to head home before I was stuck pedaling a 75 pound bike. Ok bike to commute in town. Looking for a better second bike to purchase. Also took quite a bit longer to assemble, I have never seen instructions worse than IKEA furniture. Overall, decent first bike. It’s zippy and is a fun ride. Edit: after about 200 miles, I like the bike more. Got the brakes to adjust. Brakes still insufficient, brake early, but better as I got to know the bike more. Seat do be hitting my booty cheeks tho. But I like the bike. Plus 1 star.

I purchased the first g50 bike for myself and after my girlfriend took it around town and liked it I purchased an additional one for her. After a year of riding both bikes around I only have great things to say about this company and the bikes I purchased. There’s many features on this bike that I never thought I would use but have found myself using them. For instance it has a head light that’s a normal running light but also has a high beam button that really lights up a dark path at night. That’s one of many practical and functional features on the happyrun bike I purchased. Really they work as they should, the battery life is great, they go fast, great price point and functions great. I had a small issue and one email to their customer support resolved it. I never write reviews but am legitimately impressed with this company and their product. As we are getting closer to the holiday season I’ll be getting a couple more as gifts for my nephews.

Hey guys, I took my time looking for, learning about ebikes before choosing this one - and I couldn’t be happier!! 700+ miles later this bike has consistently gotten me to and from work with absolutely no problems! If you’re on the fence about getting this bike because you’re not sure about the looks - I get compliments on it almost every other day, with people asking me where I got it! It’s sturdy, it’s VERY fast and surprisingly comfortable on long rides. Front suspension does a great job absorbing bumps, I can’t stress how happy and comfortable I feel riding this thing around the city. Fat tires mean no worries with potholes, speedbumps, or other imperfections on the road. Awesome bike! 10/10 would recommend it!

This is a really awesome bike I just received my happy run 50 I assembled it last night it took about 15 to 20 minutes just did my first commute to work and back everything worked as it should the only damage that I received was a little bit on the front rim due to shipping the box was also damaged but other than that the bike works amazing the only downside that I do see is there is no lock for the throttle other e-bikes that I've had after holding down the throttle for about 5 seconds the throttle will lock in that speed this does not have that but other than that it's a really awesome bike whether you're pedaling or just cruising down the road!

I didn't want to leave a review by the time I bought the bike because my husband wanted to ride enough. The conclusion is that the bike does not have comfortable seat at all because the seat is long and impossible to put it lower or higher or to replace it, the battery has issues during the cold weather.
