This is one of the best bikes they have out there. My son rides about 4+ MI everyday on it. Battery holds a great charge. Assembly was easy! This thing has some speed to it he's gotten it up to 32mph... The seat is comfortable the shocks are good overall it's a great ride! He's got no complaints so far. We will have to replace the brakes still for the amount of riding that he's done since we bought this last December. Such a great buy! My husband and I bought this bike in a spur of the moment decision. He bought a different bike a few weeks prior and I really enjoyed riding his and also wanted to be able to ride right along with him. We decided on the HAPPYRUN G50 for me because the price is very hard to beat for everything you get with this bike! The 7 speed Shimano gear system allows me to pedal if I feel like it and the motor kicks in right away to give me a boost (my husband's bike is alot faster with more torque, but this G50 does a great job keeping up.) The rear turn signals are a great feature although they are not super bright so they are difficult to see during the day. I was worried the seat would sit to high for me as im 5'3", but it fits me great! We get so many compliments on this bike when we are out riding and have had no problems with riding on the side of the road or on bike trails. It is a great beginner bike and I would recommend it to anybody just starting out in the E Bike community or someone who wants a nice cruising bike without breaking the bank! ... show more

There is no costumer service and have maybe had the bike like 4 maybe 5 months and the motor has now gone out but no error codes are showing...so now my boyfriend is left without transportation to and from work costing us even more money! I wouldn't purchase.

The bike is overall an amazing bike that can scale most terrain and has an impressive top speed for its price. I did encounter an issue, however, that being that the throttle Happyrun sent me was a faulty one. After contacting customer service and going back and forth for a few days on attaining a new throttle, they have sent me a new one that I am waiting for and have promised me a $30 refund. I have attached some photos of the bike in all its glory on a beach. I was beyond surprised at its capabilities on such terrain. ... show more
