Not a bad little scooter. Not even 15 minute setup out of the box. Very well packaged too. Shipping was 2 days faster than Amazon quoted. Got it up to 23mph on a flat surface. The acceleration is a bit underwhelming but I am used to 3000w setups, and my wife seems happy with it. The speedometer is also very accurate as we tested it against my bike and gps. This thing is very sleek looking, most wires are hidden, brakes work good, and battery life seems adequate all though we haven’t really pushed it yet. The loud horn was a nice touch and the turn signals while unnecessary are nice. The headlight is pretty weak. It does the job but just barely. With how bright low wattage LEDs are today I’m a little perplexed as to why they chose such dim light. But with 99% of our riding being daytime this isn’t an issue for us. My only real complaints are the front wheel has a bad vibration to it. Most likely the tire isn’t seated on the rim correctly which requires deflation and reseating, which is fairly annoying to do on a new scooter but not that big of a deal. Also, the metal rod under the seat used for adjusting the height of the seat is WAY too long. I’m 5’8”, so average height, and have it on the lowest setting and it feels comfortable, and there’s 8” of rod sticking out from the bottom. This looked pretty awful and seems unnecessarily long. Don’t see the vast majority of people needing that much. I just cut off the excess with a grinder wheel and it looks much better. Over all, we are very happy with its looks and performance. If you’re looking for rocket acceleration maybe look elsewhere. If your looking for a smooth ride with sleek looks, and ease of use, this is totally worth it.

Wonderful scooter! The battery life is not the greatest, but it works for my son. He will ride it for a little bit during the day and then charge it daily. This scooter definitely goes! It is pretty fast. The packaging was great and was easy to assemble. We had one mishap with the basket, but the company was superior and fixed the issue asap. My son loves this scooter.

nice scooter. the lithium battery is so much better than the lead acid batteries. Easy to assemble and ran right out of the box. Does well going up short inclines. Front and rear brakes are a plus. Liked the led screen. Had a big hole in the shipping box and was missing parts to attach the handle bars. I had a bolt to temporarily secure the handlebars until the correct ones arrive. Company gave me a small refund and said they would send me the parts. Haven't received them yet. 2 things that could be added are; an auto off function in case you forget to turn it off, and as an added safety feature, at least 1 mirror, preferably 2. overall, a nice ride and so much better that the razor e300 it replaced Received the parts yesterday in the mail. This has been terrible my kids got it for Christmas in December and still cannot ride it had a severed chord in handle bar they sent a new one and the tires you cannot air up because you cannot get anything on stem because the part thats in the middle of the tire so no way to air it up they have not been of any help and should have taken this product back never buy this brand again.

This is the second of these scooters I purchased. The first was for my wife and it arrived intact and assembled easily. This was a Christmas gift and because of the east coast cold and snow weather it has only been used once. The experience went well so I ordered one for myself. However when this second one arrived as I unboxed it a few parts that were meant to be attached dropped to the ground. After gathering up what fell I discovered the bolt meant to hold the part that secures the steering security tab was missing. After looking around I also found the top part from the steering should have also been attached to this. Luckily after a trip to a local hardware store I was able to make what I needed from an 8M all thread, a poly locknut, and three poly washers. So far this works but was disappointed that it took an additional hour and a half to assemble and $5 in hardware. There is actually also a plastic piece that is meant to keep out moister that also arrived damaged. So from what I see this may have been a repackaged item that had been returned. This I did not expect. Edited comments to follow: I am happy to say that I was sent the parts I needed to correctly assemble with proper manufactures parts. The team at JasionBike worked hard to be sure I had what I needed. They were understanding that I could not immediately respond if I was given the correct parts since the bike was at our seasonal weekend home. They did call as well as email a few times to be sure what they sent met the need. For this I very much appreciate their concern to be sure I was pleased with my e-bike. Still cold here so I wont be able to test the distance the battery life lets me ride. But I am hoping to report that back soon! Anyway they definitely get 5 stars for their effort for customer satisfaction! Thanks
