I'm very happy with this bench. It wasn't difficult to assemble, although the pieces are large enough that I would have welcomed a second person. I also found it helpful to use an allen wrench with some cushioning on the handle. But in 20 minutes or so I had a fully assembled bench that looks great in my yard.     • Need better quality control
The holes for the backrest did not line up correctly. Also, one of the pieces was cracked. They need better quality control.

    • Pretty, but pieces don't fit together
Portions of the bench were made incorrectly. Slots that are supposed to fit neatly into each other don't even come close, and holes for screws between pieces are placed incorrectly. We managed to get those parts that didn't fit to stick together with wood glue, but we don't trust its sturdiness.

Although this bench looks nice, it was much cheaper in quality than I expected. It also was chipped during delivery in a couple places.

It took a lot to assemble it just right, only to discover a good size scratch right in the middle of the front. I would appreciate the seller reaching out and telling me how to make that look better. We carefully assembled it on carpeting so that had to have been packaged and arrived in that condition. ... show more
