Great Bike! I got this bike because it was hard to get my FUJI normal hybrid bike (not a e-bike) up three particular hills I must ride up. On the Jasion EB7 2.0 I easily road past others on those hills. This is a great cargo bike for carrying groceries up hills. The seat is comfortable for me. I finally lost the extra weight I needed to loose because I can ride this bike all day. I want an extra battery so I can go home and change the battery and get back on the road. The battery gives good distance. I just want to ride all day because it's so much fun and exercise .The charger has the US UL Listed E350715 Certification (E350715 for SHENZHEN FUYUANDIAN POWER CO LTD). You can also find that information registered online. I never leave the battery charging unattended! I get a lot of mileage only using around 50% of battery, then I only charge for 2-3 hours while I'm home...then back on the road. My battery doesn't even get warm while charging. With two batteries I'll only have to stop and change the battery, then get back on the road. I searched, and googled much information and found that the Jasion EB7 2.0 is the bike for me. I know what others are going thru wanting to make a good decision and not overspend or waste money and be safe. This Bike covers all my e-bike needs. Make sure the nut covers on the wheels are tight and secured so you don't lose one and have to get a replacement. Jasion is sending the replacement that was lost while riding. I feel safe and efficient riding the Jasion EB7 2.0. You can Feel "Happy and Safe" while charging and riding this bike. I'm going riding now...ZOOOOOOooommmm.

There are many other more detailed reviews, so I will just say that I LOVED !!! Bike came super fast, well packed and all parts included and in great condition. Seller was great to answer me a few questions. Easy to assemble (youtube videos), quality is much better than I expected, looks very high end quality, and I am still learning. It came already charged, I charged an extra 2 hrs until it shows full. I have used for a few hours over the last 3 days and it is not even half of the battery yet. Amazing. Btw the packaging is heavy, the bike is heavy. It is a lot of fun, I had never tried an eBike before so I was caught by surprise how it works. Just read how to maintain and it should last foreeeeever!

TL/DR: It's pretty great to ride and the price is very fair. I wonder how long the off-brand wheels, shocks, and brakes will last? Full Review: I have always aspired to running errands on my bike. With this Jasion ebike, I finally do it. I jump on the bike wearing my street clothes (and a helmet) and zip to the store for a few things. Even in hot July, I don't get sweaty gross. It's fun to ride for recreation and exercise, too. Several times, I have ridden 20+ miles on hilly dirt and gravel roads and finished with 50% of the battery left. Impressive, really. The bike handles bad pavement and dirt/gravel roads really well. It's a plush ride, not sporty. Performance mountain bikers look elsewhere. If I ride the Jasion hard, it's an OK workout. Even when I let the motor do most of the work, it's more exercise than driving. There are two things to note before you hit the buy now button. The first is that it's heavy and bulky. I can fold it up and put it in my hatchback, but it's a pain in the @$$. It's the tradeoff for the big battery, powerful motor, front and rear shocks. The second is that there are some cheap wheels, shocks, and brakes on this thing. How long will those last? How easy to repair or replace then? I'd buy it again for sure. P.S. My bike was damaged in shipment and their customer service got right on it.

Update.-update. I was offered a $50 credit because it wouldn't reach advertised Max Speed which I accepted, because it's really a good bike. Just don't try to fold it with the key in the battery you will bend the key. I see now they have a rack for the back of it I have one that goes to the seat post it sits a little high for my taste so I may order that from the Jasion website. Iactually never got 20 mph I got 19.7 One time only and since then 17.7 to 18.4 Max . I emailed support today and we'll see what their response is . The manual shows the internal settings for the controller and it says on each one do not change but the numbers shown in the manual don't match what bike Specs are supposed to be. for instance voltage in the manual 24 on the bike it's advertised to be 48 do not change. its 48 can I change it? Tire size was 18, I changed that to 20. the third time I changed it it's finally stayed at 20 . That's the only issue so far is the speed doesn't seem to be true and also battery was at 100% I went out and wrote it about 10 minutes when I came back it was at 84% when I stopped it went back up to 96%. Maybe I've got a bad controller which I asked supported that could be possible. The bike rides good but the speed issue is a little annoying to me . original: At Christmas I purchased a heybike which is made by the same company and it was a decent bike but I wanted something a little more portable. I must have looked for three weeks for folding 20in bike. Prices ranged from $650 to about $1,700 depending on battery motor and accessories and most seemed about the same. if you look at the frame you can tell they're the same bike just have different brand names. I noticed that with $150 coupon this bike was $100 cheaper on Amazon than the Jasion website. It also allegedly has a two year warranty which is nice for a folding frame bike considering all the stress that could be put on it. Given the fact out the door it was $860, shipped to my house, for a 48 volt 500w 20x3 inch fat tire folding bike I went for it. It was a little unusual putting on the handlebars, but it only took about 30 minutes to put it together. The battery was only charged 60% but I took it out for a ride and it was only registering 18 miles an hour. I got inside the lcd controller and found out it was set for 22 inch tires not 20 so I adjusted that and now it reaches 20 miles an hour on throttle or about 27 with pedal assist. I put on my rack, filled the tires each with a quarter bottle of flat out and I put about 15 miles on it in the last couple days. It runs great, holds up pretty well. the only concern is the folding hinge, very noisy when you open the bike up. I think it's probably because it's new and some oil will probably help. overall I would say this is a pretty decent bike considering what I paid for it and knowing that the company appears to stand behind their product with the two-year guarantee. As far as support the heybike team usually responded within 24 hours. If I run into any issues of concern I'll post on that later in about 90 days
