Looks like a big mean machine coming at you, it's a big beast, and heavy duty. He's at 360lbs and gets around fabulously smooth. Very happy with purchase. This bike is literally amazing. It's weight is manageable, balance is wonderful. Gear 3 in conjunction with pedal assist will really get you flying fast, powerful launch from stopping. Just be sure to check your rear rotor hub! Make sure all of the bolts on the entire bike are tight before you take off on it. ... show more

Too Tall and Poor Customer Service I bought the Jasion EB5 Max after seeing it was suitable for riders 5'4" and up. I'm 5'7", and the bike is still too tall — the top bar presses uncomfortably high. I'd say it’s better suited for someone at least 5'9". When I tried to return it through Amazon, I was told to call the vendor directly. I called and was then told to email [email protected]. The only response I got was an automated message about delays due to high volume. Between the misleading sizing info and the difficult return process, I’d be cautious buying from this company. I was just informed that they will not send me a return slip, indicated that the size is not a flaw with the bike and are requiring me pay $250 to return the bike. After I already paid $200 to have it delivered. Avoid Jasion, I have reported them to BBB and notified Amazon as well. Amazon indicated they would flag them for misrepresentation. ... show more

There was no instruction manual and the horn and lights don’t work the lights connection don’t fit into each other we had to watch utube to see what was wrong there is another piece that connects please send it
