Update- this company went above and beyond. They got me a new unit and everything works perfect. I would buy from them again. If you have a problem. They make it right. I was actually shocked to receive great customer service and for a company to actually make it right. This machine has great sound. Really great. Kind of unbelievable for its size. The mics are awesome. There is a little delay when you push a button but that the only flaw. Heres is my prior 2 reviews.Received and love it but very slow response and the HDMI port is loose and works sometimes but doesn't work most times. Have to use optical input. Being that I paid a bunch I'm going to return it. So I get to spend all the time plus some that I didn't want to returning this big item. I bought on Amazon because I didn't want to go out and shop. Now I get to regardless. I will however buy a replacement hoping this was a one off. So glad I tested it before I gave as Xmas present. If you are buying for Xmas gift I would definately test it beforehand. As soon as I plugged the hdmi in I knew something was off. It was a little loose and didn't feel like the hdmi went in deep enough. I tested the hdmi on my TV with several. My TV has 5 hdmi ports and all of them tested fine. It worked 2 times then suddenly stopped working at all after I turned it off and back on. Don't get me wrong. It's got great sound and is lots of fun. Just wish the hdmi worked and that it wasn't so slow to react when you change anything on the remote. Its so slow you think maybe you need to push the button again. But nope. It's just delayed. Regardless I will ask for replacement because it's awesome fun with great sound. So there's my way long review. I will give an update on how easy it was to return and get replacement and if I get anything for all my time wasted in doing such. Update 2, the replacement units hdmi doesn't work either. Its not my TV as I tested it on other tested and it doesn't work on them either and my TV hdmi works on other electronics. Its bluetooth and optical and stereo connections work so I'm contemplating just keeping it and saving myself more hassle lugging it yet again to ups to return it. I promise this is not user error. I'm great with electronics. I'm the guy others have hook up their stuff lol. I will say this. The unit has amazing sound and the microphones are very nice. Its a great unit. Just has a delay when you push buttons on remote and the hdmi doesn't work. At least on 2 out of 2 units. I let them know today about issue and we will see what they do?

I bought this karaoke machine as a Christmas present for my kids. I didn’t really care about flashy lights or karaoke apps. This is a good looking karaoke machine. It sits like a regular speaker in our living room. It wasn’t difficult to connect to my tv or phones (I use optic input or Bluetooth). We all enjoy singing time to time and I use it as a speaker when I’m not singing. I am very satisfied with this purchase but if there is a downside, I’d say it doesn’t have charging outlets for microphones. If I could connect my charging cables (type C) to the speaker, that’d be perfect!

This is a beautiful well designed Karaoke machine that from the moment we turned it on we have welcomed the fun. This was purchased for Christmas for my daughter and she just loves it. The machine produces wonderful sound and the high quality mics reproduce vocals very well. It also offers some well used effects that enhance the family fun. Since Christmas it has been used flawlessly just about everyday. Great Product!!
