  • 100 miles on first charge!
I have ridden this bike over 700 miles now and it performs beautifully! The bike offers amazing value. I almost always ride it with the pedal assist level at 1, the lowest level of assistance. I like to pedal and just want a bit of assistance when climbing a hill. I only have to charge the battery about every 100 miles. At a higher level, a rider will no doubt have to charge the batter much more frequently. The quality of this bike is astonishing given the price. I bought it on-sale over Amazon. The front wheel did squeak a little, but not for long. I have owned four electric bikes before, having been an early e-bike adopter. It is gratifying to see how the technology and the manufacturing efficiency of e-bikes has improved over the years. I highly recommend this bike if you are interested in an economy-level electric bike. ... show more

  • Great starter bike
It’s a great starter bike for the money. Easy and quick to assemble, nice screen to show speed, and seems to be of good quality. I had 1 problem with the bike but customer service was quick and responsive and took care of it through the warranty.

  • 5 stars out of 5
This is a very satisfactory product I've ever ridden. It takes some time to assemble, but if you follow along while watching a YouTube video, even a woman can assemble it on her own. I'm 5' 4' and the bicycle is a little big to me but, there is no problem at all with riding a bicycle. Pedal assistance level 1 is approximately 9-10 mph, and level 2 is approximately 15 mph (I've never tried level 3 yet). ... show more

  • Defective Brakes
Stay away - if you get a defective bike, it will be a hassle. Received the bike with a bad brake caliper and brake rotor (either the brake caliper does not hold enough tension to actually stop the front wheel, or the brake pads will constantly rub against the rotor). Asked for support/return as soon as I built the bike and noticed the issue (it was apparent from the rubbing brake pads and holding the front brakes not stopping the bike from more than a push with a finger). Their support will continually try to offer 'solutions' with a long response time which do not solve the issue such as a replacement brake handle when the caliper continues to be an issue, likely an attempt to delay past a 30 day return window. I recommend paying the extra for a bike shipped/sold by Amazon. ... show more

  • Fun but difficult to assemble
UPDATED REVIEW: The bike is fun to ride and works well once it’s been assembled—but as my old review (below) mentioned, the assembly is a pain and not a simple process. The fact that some of the parts were defective or poorly machined is an issue, but overall, I’m happy with this product. OLD REVIEW: Like another reviewer mentioned, the bike arrived with either a defective caliper or a bent front fork; when I contacted support, they sent me a new fork, but the issue still persisted. Trying to get to the bottom of the issue required a lot of technical know-how, and I was completely on my own. If you're talented working on bicycles, then have no fear, a Jasion will be the kind of project you enjoy spending lots of free time tinkering with getting to work. If you're not, however, avoid. This is not, as some reviewers say, an "easy" bike to assemble, and as others have pointed out, the build quality is suspect and the support is minimal. I regret this purchase. ... show more

  • Beautiful bike
Great bike, looks to be nice quality. It was 80% assembled and final assembly was easy. The speed controller is not complicated and works great. The gear shifter works perfectly. I've had it 9 days and rode it with my dog couple 1/2 hour trips and the battery is still at full charge. The power level is ideal it runs up steep inclines with ease ( and I'm 6'2" 203 lbs.) Its worth the money. ... show more

  • Decent bike for the money
I like this bike it survived a pretty brutal crash (my fault) unfortunately the tires puncture easily: I put a can of Simple Green Fix-A-Flat ine each tire, still holding air even after I brought it out from winter storage...
