The media could not be loaded. When I first received this ring it was an overcast day and unboxing inside my house with no lights on left me underwhelmed. I initially thought it appeared flat, lacking any color and had no fire or brilliance. The next day I thought I’d give it a try anyway and wear it out. I’m not sure how it was possible to miss the sparkle when I first received it, but man was I wrong! This ring is amazingly brilliant! It doesn’t just reflect white light making it appear shiny, it refracts every color making it sparkle and giving it more fire than I thought possible with a CZ stone! I am beyond surprised, I had no idea faceted glass could look like this! The setting is so well crafted and detailed there is NO telling that this thing is faux. A lot of attention was put into the design, right down to setting stones in the undercarriage. This isn’t a detail you would find in a cheap fake piece. I’ve had SO many strangers “inspect” the ring and all have been wowed by it, no one suspects it’s not real! The ONLY caveat...after only a week of occasional wear it’s started to turn my finger slightly green. For all the attention to detail in this piece and how utterly beautiful it is, it would be nice if it had some longevity and were made with a different metal. PLEASE MAKE A VERSION OF THIS RING WITH GOLD PLATING, I WOULD GLADLY PAY MORE FOR THAT! This was a fun ring to wear while mine was being fixed. The stone is large and had great sparkle. The finish did wear off to a coppery color in a few spots and I did lose one small side stone after a few months. If taken off when getting your hands wet I think it would hold up for a longer time.
