The media could not be loaded. Listen, I bought this electric bike for $139 because I have a bad habit of picking up hobbies and dropping them just as fast so $2000 was too much for me to spend on a potentially fleeting hobby. I got this bike and I set it up in about an hour. Adding the child seat took longer than the bike set up did. It was super easy to follow the instructions. I do have experience building bikes, so I’m sure that helped but I think if I had never had any knowledge of bike building, it would’ve still been pretty easy as the instructions were straightforward and have pictures. This is a great electric bike. It goes the speed that’s advertised. In fact I’ve gotten a little faster than 25 mph. It’s super sturdy and honestly, I don’t see myself having to replace this bike anytime soon for a $2000 bike. We will see how long it lasts and maybe I’ll update this review if it gives out anytime in the near future but so far so good it was delivered promptly with no issues. And it’s very comfortable. I didn’t even have to buy a more comfortable bike seat because the one that came with is great.

We couldn’t be happier with our two new Jasion e-bikes! From the moment we unboxed them, we were impressed by the sleek, modern design—simple, stylish, and very well thought out. We chose to have them professionally assembled through Amazon, and even the technician mentioned how much he liked the bikes and that he’d consider buying one himself! The ride quality is smooth and comfortable, with just the right amount of power for our recreational use. We ordered two bikes—one in white and one in green—and both look fantastic. The colors really stand out and give each bike its own personality. We had a small issue with one of the seats, but Jasion’s customer service went above and beyond—super responsive and quick to make things right. It’s refreshing to see a company that truly stands behind its products. These bikes may not have a ton of extra bells and whistles, but they deliver exactly what we wanted: reliable performance, great comfort, and solid value. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylish, well-built e-bike for everyday or weekend rides!

Bike I received clearly stated the max speed is 25mph, not 28mph. Tested it with the speedometer and Google Maps and it was more like 22-23mph. 5-6mph off the advertised listing is pretty disappointing. Haven’t tested the range. Headlight didn’t work. Some minor damages (warped plastic fenders, minor scratches) but likely due to shipping and not the seller. Brakes are kinda subpar, but may just have to adjust them myself. The battery locks, but you can still use the bike without a key. If they’d listed the speed accurately and the headlight worked, I think it would be solid and worth a 4/5 star review, but probably wouldn’t have bought it bc I was hoping to reach at least 25mph to keep up with speed limits. Hoping to find a resolution with the seller and I’ll update the review depending on how easy they are to work with.
