I am really impressed with this board! I thought for the price it would be flimsy and didnt think it would be so effective but boy was I wrong! This board has given me the best results and easily folds flat for storing. I can get a whole body workout with this little board!

I rarely give reviews for the products I purchased, this one worth for the price , good quality, i purchased one in the past from instagram adds , it was waste my money I regretted a lot , I was very disappointed as it’s broken after few uses and this time decided to buy from Amazon, hoping it would be easy return if I dislike . This is very nice in that it’s compact, easy to fold and put up and there are a decent amount of exercises you can do on it! For the negatives. I do Club Pilates (4-6x a week). I know a lot of people who get this might not and will like the convenience of something at home, but I personally don’t think you’d get a whole lot out of this board unless you want it for easy at home workouts. The resistance isn’t adjustable at all. It’s kind of one weight (maybe like 3-5lbs resistance?) and that’s all you get. I wish you could adjust the resistance for lunging, scooters, and plank crunches. I WILL SAY, I am 175lbs and can EASILY do shoulder hinge at on these gliders! It doesn’t stick at all. I haven’t messed with the arm bands yet, but the gliders are incredible. If you do more planks, shoulder work, etc., I don’t think you’ll see an issue with it! I just wish there were some way to be able to change the resistance. Great product though overall for what it costs! Super functional (:

Wasn’t sure how this was going to work really. But I thought I’d give it a go - great way to ease into Pilates - the rubber weight band hook in nicely and don’t fly out. Just make sure you turn each one to lock. The hand rails can be used as one piece or unlock and each handle can be used separately to do various exercises. It appears to be pretty sturdy and really easy to fold and put away. The size is nice - especially when folded. For the size and functionality of this - the design is pretty clever really. Good buy for the money - I do wish there was a link to various exercises that could be used instead of having to research online.
