So it is really easy to put together. Great workout variety. I live the design. It made working out so fun and it wasn't to much. I have back pain and it was very easy. My dog did eat the handles so I am buying again. Its very worth it.

Work fine for home exercise. The material is ok for the price. It is not that sturdy on VLP floor. However, it works fine for light workout. The timer needs to reset every cycle and not very convenient.

The board is easy to fold/unfold and stores really easily. It's pretty simple, but gives good results. You can definitely feel the burn. The board itself kind of feels cheap I guess, but you're also paying for the convenience. The non-slip pads don't do anything on tile. Lots of slipping, but that can be fixed by placing a yoga mat down first. Also, not stable enough to have both feet on the sliding part for standing exercises
