I bought this product through Amazon. When it went out I contacted the manufacturer and they told me that all I had to do was contact Amazon and have them to contact them while I was on the phone and they would exchange this for me. I contacted Amazon and the representative was HORRIBLE! He did not care about my concerns and wouldn’t even attempt to assist me. He told me that Amazon only carries for a warranty for up to 2 months even though when they purchased it in bulk from the manufacturer they agreed to a 1 year warranty. Two months now! 2 MONTHS… for a car part?! INSANE!! The manufacturer did warn me that Amazon was giving people a hassle for no reason but I thought that since I’ve been a faithful customer for so long that would atleast attempt to assist me. I was wrong! I ended up contacting the manufacturer again and they assisted me fully! I am on the verge now of cutting all ties with Amazon. I was highly disappointed ... show more

Bad bad Alternator did good for a few days but eventually the voltage regulator stop putting out the appropriate amps to keep battery charged. Power steering light comes on. Then eventually all my lights came on car just stopped on the interstate because of this bad alternator. Had to keep getting jump starts bought a new battery it was this alternator please do not buy. Took just under an hour to get it installed. Sounds a little different than the oem part, other than that it runs great. No complaints here.

ZERO Rating. This alternator was a bust. Looks new but totally drained my car battery 2 days after it was installed in my car. The steering wheel light came on first then all dashboard lights before it cut off completely. DO NOT BUY IT!

It's a tad bit smaller than stock. My alternator was making a loud grinding noise. Replaced it with this over a month ago. No issues, nice and quiet and fits well.

    • Fits my 2014 kia forte perfectly!
Had to replace my alternator and wasn’t sure it was for the correct side of the car but when it came in it aligned perfectly and we got it put in and my car is back up and running great!

    • It's garbage
At installation it was overcharging system. Of course Amazon doesn't retail it directly so you're screwed on a swap you have to buy a whole new one. Incorrect voltage resulting in multiple systems codes and issues. Avoid it if you can.
