I LOVE LOVE LOVE this alarm clock! I love it so much that I'm buying another one. It is super easy to set up and the directions are straight forward. All the features are great, the numbers are easy to read, brightness is adjustable to 4 settings, buttons are on the top and large enough and easy to maneuver, and volume has 5 settings. The best thing about this clock is that it has the best design of all similar clocks out there. It has a larger rectangular base that is more sturdy than the little circular ones on other clocks. It also has all the ports in the back so it looks more attractive than the other clocks that have them on the side. I think this is the only clock I found with the ports in the back. This clock was exactly what I needed! My old clunky one (from 20 yrs ago!) finally died. I no longer wanted the whole clock/alarm/radio/etc in my alarm clock. I also no longer wanted a huge clock taking up space on my nightstand. This is so sleek and practical! Everything is very clear. Instructions to set/work the clock and alarm are very simple. The face also has three different settings ranging from ‘can see it from the next room’ bright, normal everyday bright, nighttime dim, and no light! I was completely thrilled because I am one of those people where lights wake me up! The clock and alarm are still on and set, but you don’t have the face of the clock on. Magical! Great size as well. I bought this specific clock because reviews for similar clocks said the instructions were either missing or microscopic. This clock had eas-to-read instructions and was super simple to set up. It looks great. I recently had to get a new cable box and my new cable box does not have the time displayed. It was driving me crazy - I didn’t realize how much I looked at the time on my cable box. I was looking for a small clock to sit on top of my cable box and this one is perfect. It has 3 levels of brightness and I have it on the lowest level - even during the day. It is exactly as described, and I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a sleek and simple clock. I have no use for the alarm feature, so I cannot speak to anything regarding the alarm. I “cut” the cable cord in my room was lost without the blinking digital demon from my cable box always reminding me I was late. I wanted something pretty to fill the empty space on the dresser. I wanted something sleek, slim and uncomplicated and chose this unit. As soon as I pulled it out the box the shiny mirror beckoned me. Wait… I can put on lipstick earrings and wink at myself. This is my second time buying one of these clocks. The first one I bought for my living room because after doing away with my cable DVR box, I didn’t have a clock in my main living area. It’s so easy to set up and it looks great with my decor (I got the white one). It has the ability to change the brightness and to even turn off the display completely. I loved the first one so much that I bought a second one for my bedroom when the small clock in my bedroom went out. I have not used the alarm clock feature, so I cannot speak to how that works. I’ve only used it to display the time. When you set it up, remember to pull the plastic film off the front for the full mirrored effect. This clock does plug-in and the cord and brick is included. The cord is not crazy long but if you needed to swap it out for a longer one, it would be very easy to buy an inexpensive one, or use and existing one, one do so. ... show more

Very happy with this clock all around. It's easy to read (even with my bad eyesight) and I like that I can turn the visual off completely at night (my bf likes it pitch black at night) and the visual of the time will come back on when the alarm goes off (which is really the only time I need to actually see what time it is). One thing I would say that could be improved on is it's weight, as I feel like I have to be gentle with it when hitting off the alarm, but this isn't a flaw by any means. I had searched and searched for an alarm clock like this that didn’t have the power plug on the side. Than I stumbled on this one but I was hesitant cause it didn’t have a ton of reviews. Needless to say I took the plunge and I’m happy I did. I works great for what I need it to do which is be an alarm, tell the time, act as a night light, and look new and pretty. This alarm does all of that! I took pics of it on its 3 different brightness settings. I sleep with it at the lowest light because the two brighter ones are really bright if it’s pitch black in your room. I got the GOLD one for reference, love the color. Power has gone out several times while it’s been plugged in and the time stayed the same! Crazy I’m used to having to reset it. ... show more
