The play set was delivered on time and the drivers were very helpful. It came in four boxes - two smaller boxes and two very long boxes (maybe 10ft) weighing nearly 200 lbs. each. The play set needs approx. 20ft x 20ft of area to utilize safely (just my opinion). It took me approx 27 hours to assemble by myself. An extra person prepping the next step would definitely save a lot of time. Read every word of instructions! Important steps are not highlighted. I had to have a drill to help some of the pre-drilled holes. You will need a socket set with multiple sockets and wrenches. There was an odd sized hex head bolt so I used a wide blade screwdriver. Parts numbering is confusing. Most bags and play set pieces are numbered but the instructions have a locator number. I had to go back and forth between the parts list and the instruction page. Towards the end - parts bags were not numbered and I had to measure the parts to make sure I was using the correct one. I had a lot of nuts, bolts and screws left over. There wasn't enough rope to make two knots as instructed so I just made one in between the suggested location. I installed swing set anchors for the two legs for additional safety.

The media could not be loaded. This was a terrible purchase! We bought because we liked that it was like a traditional swing set, but in the modern gray colors. Both of the slides broke at the bottom leaving sharp pieces that could cut the legs of children - very dangerous. We had to cut ourselves to make safer and “smoother” (pics are AFTER we cut it, it was terrible and jagged before)! The swings got all faded very quickly and got all moldy and mildewy. We easily replaced those, but had to pay more money to do so. Also, the wood itself is very faded and looks really rundown after only one year. Ours kids still like it, but for how much we paid I expect more especially from the slides.

I've had this for about a year. Overall it looks great. Swings are fine, treehouse part is fine. But every aspect of the slide is terrible. It's a very awkward landing and really hurts your butt. there's absolutely no speed or slickness to it. Lately it has started to crack and staring to get dangerous. I have 3 kids, they like the unit overall but the slide is a real bummer.

Just installed this Swingset and love it! It's a fairly easy build for beginners with easy to follow instructions. The two different height slides make it great for a growing child. The smaller slide would be great for smaller kids and then the larger slide as they get older. The rock wall and firepole make a great addition for kids that are a little older and working on coordination skills. This is a very sturdy and amazing quality Swingset with a variety of activities for all ages and imaginations with a telescope and wheel feature! Our daughter is in love and will be able to grow with this playset for year to come!

If you're looking for a solid playset for your kids, this is it! This play set is sold as a rock and easy to assemble. I assembled it all by myself with the exception of the swing beam. The directions are easy to follow and don't confuse you like most of them do. I was missing a swing but I called and the next day I received it. There's nothing better than top notch customer service. I would recommend this playset to anyone!

The media could not be loaded. Not sure whats changed since the last glowing review for this product but when I purchased it none of whats been stated by any of the reviewers rung true. First while I cant blame the manufacturer on this one I do not take kindly to being lied to by XPO as I literally worked near my door the whole day XPO was supposed to deliver my product and instead of just coming up with some high volume based excuse, they falsely asserted that they stopped by my home to deliver the product but given I was home the whole time I quickly saw through that lie. They did show up the next day which raining only to run into more issues such as... Bad packaging! Given that it was raining and the playground set itself is resitant to the elements I thought it would be standard procedure to either cover the manual so that water does not damage it or make a digital version easily accessible but neither were the case. Not only was the manual heavily damaged to where naturally drying it and daring to flip pages damaged it to the point you see on the pictures, the digital version could not be found on amazon or the manufacturers website under their product manual page rather I found it on Wayfair. Other notable issues were the faded labeling of the wooden parts (gray colored parts were the worst but white colored parts were semi legible and brown colored parts were very clear) which is literally the only way to match parts based on the instructions and well a missing key part which in particular was 61” DECK POST PG-44-0081 so imagine going very early into assembly and suddenly finding yourself stuck on the third step... unacceptable. Oh yea almost forgot to mention several cases of incorrectly placed pre drilled holes some of which can be dangerous as seen on the pictures as kids may accidentally put their hand or heaven forbid their head on a loose screw. Seeing as this is a product targeted for young children you'd think Quality Control and Assurance would be a top priority but in my case there were an awful lot of liberties taken which is a shame because Im sure it would be a very appealing and fun playgound set for my kids to play with otherwise so I can't in good faith give a higher rating than a 1 star in this case. Please improve your QA/QC as I'm sure the last thing your company needs is a lawsuit for children being harmed by the product due to manufacturing oversights.

We purchased the Jack and June Haven play set for our grandchildren and great-grandchildren to enjoy. The two slides, climbing wall and fireman pole are great since we have several grands. We were kept informed of the delivery date and it was delivered as expected. It went together much easier than we expected. We look forward to years of enjoyment with this set.
